    This business should be out of business because peoples lives are at stake. They keep you on hold for 20 minutes and then they say leave your name and number and they will get back to you. Well this company does not get back to you!! It is a shame that this company can get away with this. This is a very serious matter. I believe that they are scamming ******** for what ever they can get without giving the patient any type of care. It's about the quantity not the quality for them. I wouldn't recommend this company to any body who is looking for medical care. I guarantee you will be frustrated and disappointed. I am leaving a star rating because I have to but I give this company -0

    For two weeks nobody has answered the phone When I call even though I put all of the options at different times. One social worker was told that everybodys there but nobodys working. Their exact words to her. Out of eight people that was the only call that was answered. Not doctors not social workers not nurse practitioners not pharmacies nobody including myself. I have an ostomy since the end of March and have not received any supplies at all since then. EssenMed Housecalls sends NPs to patients homes that cant get to a doctor. However the health department in ******, ************** told me they are not medically licensed and dont have to be. They are a business.
