    On 4/20/21 I started working with Intrepid Sourcing to provide me with tech packs and samples for my new business I was starting. On 4/20/21, 4/22/21 and 4/30/23 I paid a total of $873 for 9 tech packs for 9 different projects I was having completed. Once the tech packs were completed, I then upgraded my account on 5/21/21 and paid another $1250 to have the 9 projects physically made. Due to covid, I was told that the factories overseas, where they projects were being made, were shut down and they weren't sure when they would open again. As months went by, I consistently checked in with Intrepid Sourcing to check the status of my projects as they were already paid for. I was given the run around and told that my projects would be made as soon as the factories reopened but there was no designated date yet. On 12/27/21 I paid $66.89 to have my 9 projects shipped to me. I provided my shipping address to intrepid over 5x, as they consistently kept asking me for it. Months went by and I didn't receive my projects so I reached back out to Intrepid and was given a tracking number. After tracking the package, I seen that it was shipped to an address in ******* when I live in **********. I explained it to Intrepid via email and phone and was told that it was an error and that they would remake the projects and reship them. Months had went by and I received nothing. I reached out to Intrepid again and was given the run around and told that they were working on it. One day, I randomly received 3 of the projects in the mail but 6 were still missing. I reached out to Intrepid to explain this issue they said the other projects were coming separately. Many more months went by and I received nothing. I reached back out to Intrepid and finally spoke with ***** in ******** and apologized and then told me that he would just issue me a refund. Many more months went by and now I've yet to receive a refund. Now I'm being told that the projects are old and I don't qualify for a refund.

    I contacted Intrepid sourcing and spoke with a *********************** and another worker named ****. I ordered a tech pack for 97 dollars and then asked them to make a sample of the design. I was then charged ******. After paying I have been blocked from the customer portal and no one has responded to my calls or emails. This company looks really bad to me now. I would like a refund if they continue this irrational and scandalous business practices.
