    This company is a complete fraud. They took over $500 form me and I have nothing to show for it. They promised over and over that they would send me the sample I paid for (tech pack), but made up excuse after excuse and never delivered. Now they have completely stopped communicating with me. I had such nigh hopes and now they are dashed. Please don't let them do this to you.

    The first initial call was the ONLY great encounter I had with this company. Everything went down hill immediately after that. They took a substantial amount of money from me. And NEVER EVER delivered on the product. They kept sending the same drafts of the products but never the match of what I sent them. Eventually I requested a ********** lost all contact no returned calls or emails. After not hearing from them for a full year they reached out with a "update". The update turned out to be the exact same sketches from the previous year. I pressed the rep about my refund and Then again no follow up response. Terrible I hate there are companies like this all over the world. Be careful & research hard!!!!!

    This company is a fraud please dont send any money to them! I sent over **** dollars to them in March. They told me something went wrong with my payment but they see it in the system but its on hold for some reason so they cant proceed with the service so I requested a refund in April and waited a month Ive call several time they dont answer there phone for me anymore. Ive emailed nerea several times finally she get back to me and tell me I have to wait till June ****************************************************************************************************************************** why I have to keep waiting on my money and she never responds so Im currently still waiting
