Im writing to dispute issues with the recent purchase I made through your dealership. The vehicle was financed at $27,594.70, but your team applied the $4,000 Used Clean Vehicle Credit even though the vehicle does not qualify under the *** price limit of $25,000. This appears to be an unlawful application of the credit, and I am requesting that the vehicle price be corrected to either qualify properly or remove the credit.Additionally, a LoJack system was added without my approval, despite me stating I didnt want it. I was not told how it works and wasnt shown the full contract until after I signed and paid a $500 deposit. The final paperwork included charges and terms I never agreed to.Also, I was told by your team that my monthly payment would be $731.85 starting 7/20/25, but ****************** lists it as $729.73 due 7/6/25, both with *****% APR. This conflict in payment details needs clarification.I live in ******** and was rushed through the sale. I felt pressured and misled, and I wont be able to return in person. The IRS clean vehicle guidelines is the price before any additional warranties and taxes, therefore the vehicle was retailed under the $25,000 threshold. We understand your frustration, but after reviewing audio and video you have received a full disclosure prior to proceeding forward with the loan.

The vehicle was not priced under 25k because the that means the car would be ******, plus the 2k ** **** fee and the taxes which still dont equal to what I am financing , I will be reporting this to New York dmv , the irs and cfpb.

I was in talks to purchase a vehicle, 2021 Dodge Durango Hellcat. I talked to the dealership before driving 2.5 hours to get the vehicle a price had been agreed on. Upon arriving at the dealership and sitting down to purchase vehicle I was told that the price was an addition $15000 with no explanation of charges. I asked for the pricing to be printed out so I can review the charges and they simply said no, either pay the additional $15000 or leave.Business Response

Running my credit for hard inquiries with NO consent to multiple inquiries. I wasn't even asked. Never told payment options..was offered a car for *****, with a promotion of 2500 towards downpayment if I scheduled and purchased. Brought 2500 of my own as well..told me a ***** car is almost 600 a month ( because of my credit, which is false I had a score of 700 and 691 until yesterday. I purchased a vehicle from victory Mitsubishi on January 15, ************************************************************************************ know I was pre-approved for ****** Infiniti q50 2021 vin ***************** I went there spoke to a salesman named ****** who helped me with the purchase I repeated the price multiple times and he agreed to. In nyc you can't leave the dealership without insurance I was provided car insurance from ******** manager ********* not sure the last name it's either ********* or ********* he said he had a broker and that the insurance was legit I just had to pay the payments through them monthly if I wanted to keep that policy. The car gets in an accident on January ******* so obviously Im thinking everything is okay wrong I do the claim with Geico and their asking me for a person I don't know **** p *******. I told them I should be on this policy alone I was provided insurance through the dealership they also informed me that someone else was added to the policy the day after me and he also purchased his insurance through victory his name was *******. The insurance won't cover the accident without speaking to ****. I went to victory twice to rectify this issue and spoke to ********* who gave me the run around I asked him for the original copy of the contract still was not provided it and when I finally got the car note in the mail it was not the price discussed I contacted ************ they provided me the contract but when I seen it the signature looked forged I wasn't aware of the bait and switch till I finally got access to the mail according to ************ they tried to contact me but mail was returned to them i found out on April 9th 2025 not only did they scam me for insurance but also the price was switched I went to see if their is others like me and they have bad reviews and prior lawsuits why are they still open and scamming peopleBusiness Response

I spoke with some to schedule an appt to see a specific vehicle that was advertised online. I called the dealership to verify the availability and price of the vehicle. They verified the availability and price. This was all arranged on a Sunday afternoon. When I arrived on Tuesday 11 AM to see the vehicle. They said that the vehicle was just sent into servicing that morning. I asked what for, the salesman did not know. He then began to try and convince me to buy and look at other vehicles. This was clearly a bait and switch scam. I have been in **** and there were so many complaints about them for the same reason. Can you please shut this dealership down!? They are horrible. They should pay me for the tolls, gas and time I wasted. $50 dollars.Business Response

Good morning my name is ******* **** i would like to file a complaint againest victory mitsubishi. I financed my 2022 dodge charger from the dealership on december 23rd 2024. I was giving temporary car insurance in which i paid ****** to drive off of the property.I started to recieve cancelation notices about the insurance i say 2 weeks later with someone else name (***** l *********) and my name on the policy reading that the balance was ********. If im not mistaking i paid for temporary insurance till i pay my regular insurance.I went back to the dealership to find out what was going on the guy i dealt with gave me a number for there so called broker to restart the policy because of the ************ the time everything was supposed to be active the other poilcy was canceled and now when i try to get insurance with geico this issue is popping up.I was in frequent contact with the broker the dealership gave in which he said he created me a new policy.When checking with geico they said there is no such policy in the system.I have emails and text to prove my claim that i have been done unfairly.I recieved a letter from DMV about insurance lapse and return of plates and registration i currently purchased insurance.But i would like to get my name cleared from this geico issue and move on from it. thank you and have blessed one.Business Response
