      I put down a **** deposit on a 2019 *** 230i xdrive convertible. After replacing the tire TWICE I and having the engine overheat and die on me I find out that I was sold a car with a cracked rim that was causing the leak (cracked in two separate places, and one cracked look like someone tried to repair it) the car was completely unsafe at the time of my purchase and I wouldnt have know it. I would like my deposit back and the money spent on the new rim and tires. I have receipts and a statement from *** themselves on the condition of the rim and that it shouldve never passed inspection which Victory Mitsubishi did themselves.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      The car should never have been sold that way. I have spent the past 2 months trying to reach ANYONE in this office. No one called me back until today. They also misquoted the price for the car and charged me nearly $9000 more than what it was listed for when I went in. Ive sent numerous emails to ******* in finance there along with screen shots and receipts. I wasnt able to use the car for nearly two months for a blown engine, that was also not safe! At this point I believe I deserve my deposit back. Or at least reimburse my two months I could even drive the car. Not to mention the $1500 spent to *** to even get it on the road two days after I got it, yet this dealer magically passed its OWN inspection?!

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is NOT yet resolved. We do have a meeting on the 22 of August but so far the business has only addressed the replacement of the wheels. We have not discussed reimbursement for the money already spent on tires and wheels because they wouldnt respond to messages. Nor have we discussed the difference in price from when I walked into the establishment which was advertised at ****** and instead they sold this to me for ******. And still no resonder

      Car has been at the dealership for repairs for 5 months was told part is on a back order until further notice. Was never informed that originally when I brought the car in for service. I did my research and found a dealer that actually has the part but the dealer wants me to pay $6000 in storage fees to have car towed from them to a dealer that has the part in stock. I wouldn't have never left my vehicle there for service if I was informed of those fees in addition the car was not stored by my own recognize so I shouldn't have to be responsible for those fees, however they won't surrender my plates to me so that I can be done with the vehicle all together
