      ****. I called the said car available. I came 2 hours later they said car is in sisters lot in ********. They said lets run your credit meanwhile and car will get here in half hour. They ran my credit and said so sorry car been sold. I asked when was it sold, they have no idea.They then said look at the next car. I saw the price was 9k more then the price online. They said this a Repossession fee. Every car has it!!Scam, that means every price you see online is 9 thousand more which they claim to you on phone that there is no dealership fee whatsoever. Lies!!!!

      This dealership is a complete scam, I called about a car and gave the stock number, the agent ***** assured me the car was at the lot and at the price listed online. When I get there the salesman tells me bluntly that the car isnt there and the people on the phone just make appointments they have no idea whats actually going on. Plus I was told I would have to have my credit run for a test drive which is unheard of. There was another vehicle I was interested in which was listed online for 30k and I was told the price was 41k and close to 50k with fees. Mind you the vehicle had multiple owners exterior damage and panels falling off on the interior im convinced the salesman made the number up on the spot. Overall a horrible experience and waste of time.

      When I went to buy A used Jeep grand Cherokee the price was unusually low so of course I wanted to investigate and see what was wrong with the vehicle or what the deal was because I knew the price was too good to be true. Once I was able to sit down with someone, they told me I can only purchase the vehicle through utilizing a bank loan mind you I wanted to know what the actual price of the vehicle was to purchase because I would be paying cash they would not give me the actual price of the vehicle because they said I had to finance through the bank.I did not need to finance through the bank. I had the funds available due to an accident and the insurance check, savings and help from family members in order to buy a newer vehicle than the one I was replacing. They must get some type of kickback from the bank or something because I had no problem going somewhere else asking what the purchase price was having a purchase agreement written up and getting a check cut with an extended warranty mindyou!

      This dealership is a SCAM. They baited and switched me on the car, completely misled me on the price, even when I confirmed multiple times with the sales person and the finance person. I cant prove that they forged my signature but Im pretty sure they did, because they later produced documents that I supposedly signed that I didnt. My registration still has not arrived even though my temporary reg has expired, so I will probably get a ticket. Ive been hounding them for months just to get copies of the paperwork I signed. I came in person 4 times and was told to leave my email address so that they can send me my paperwork. Finally on the 4th in person visit (I live 40 minutes away) the *** tells me I had access to the paperwork the whole time and that they only provide copies of the finances contract. There is no reason why I should have to come in person to get paperwork and clear truthful answers in the year 2025, when everything is online and can be emailed. Everyone at this place tells you something different with a smile on their face, meanwhile theyre not actually helping you or being truthful. I feel SO swindled and misled, do not trust this dealership!! It meets the stereotype of sketchy car dealership in every sense. The sunroof of my car was not working and they said they would fix it free of charge since I noticed it wasnt working before purchasing the car. Here I am, sitting in the Victory service station for the second visit and a total of 5 hours and it still hasnt been fixed. Do not give this place your business, no matter how good the deals seem it is not worth it at all.

      Dont trust this people. Got a car there and come to find out that now we have bad equity. The price of the vehicle compare to the book value is more than 10k. Also was charged for things that we were told it was optional.

      Dont let these positive reviews fool you. I was reassured twice that there is no mark up or hidden fee both on the phone and in person. Got there, had 5k down and suddenly there was a 5k mark up. Despite a disclaimer on their website written in bold reassuring their price transparency. ******** experience and customer service. Flew in from Mass and wasted my day hoping to drive back with the vehicle. Unfortunately, I'm not the only one who has gone through this deceitful experience. A perfect bait-and-switch business practice.

      We bought an suv thinking we were getting a great deal just to find ourselves in Negative equity and owing over 15K. Stay away from this dealership and any others they own....your also at the dealership over 8hrs to get scammed

      HARD CREDIT INQUIRIES WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Told them I did not authorize any HARD credit inquiries before I decided whether or not to proceed with the purchase. During test drive, I decided not to proceed with the purchase. By the time we were back at the dealership THREE HARD INQUIRIES had been made. Salesman walked away from me and manager told me to dispute the inquiries if I want and have a nice day. DISGRACEFUL
