      I bought this car on January 13, I brought it back because it was having problems with the radio and the screen continuously going out. On January 25, I received a service diagnose and the car was scheduled to be serviced on February 9th. During the scheduled service, the car was gutted ; the main wiring harness was removed. As of today, August 4th, this dealership has yet to replace the part because they claim the part is on back order.Im upset because why service the car and not have the part!! My car still currently has no sound, radio, Bluetooth connectivity, sensor or seat belt sound.Now, theyre telling me theres nothing they can do. This dealership is fraudulent and unprofessional. They intentionally prolonged the service beyond 30 days, to avoid the Lemon Law. Everytime I attempt to settle this, their representatives make me feel uncomfortable. Ive been very patient, calm and respectful, but after my recent encounter, attempting to get the corrected service, it was entered into their system that all of the work needed on my car has been completed. Everyone pretended to be unaware of what I was talking about, until I provided the paperwork of the expected work needed.The dealership has not offered to provide a loaner car and they do not return calls. It is very disappointing. I wasted my money and now I am coming out of pocket to fix their mistake but I will be seeking legal action. I would never recommend anyone to shop here unless you are desperate. I will keep everyone updated upon this journey, but this has been my worst nightmare.

      This place / employees are fraud experts. Theyll reel you in their doors thinking you have a great deal just to be Bait & switched. Theyll hide window stickers so you can constantly be fooled by the asking price, forge your signatures, and will have you in negative equity. Its unfair that this dealer is robbing people blindly. Something has to be done urgently. They cannot keep getting away with this

      A horrible experience and wasted days here weeks over weeks going to try to fix a mess they did in my car . Do not go here. They had me seeting there hours and do nothing to my car. The worst service you can experience in your live Id this location from victory mitsubichi

      They lie about the price of the car to get you in the store. Just to try to force you into buying something they run your credit and try to give alternatives from what you asked for.

      Complete dirtbags. Called to verify the car was on the lot and was told yes it is! Got there 1.5hr later. On arrival I was told they no longer have the car but wanted to show me a similar model for 20k more! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DIRTBAG DEALERSHIP!!!

      On Sept 13th I purchased a 2019 ****** Kicks SR. ** one point I was unable to drive the car with the temporary New York plate which had expired because the ** plates had not arrived. It took a month to receive my ** license plates. If I didn't contact you I would not have known about the taxes which were owed. I had asked several times about the 2nd key fob which I learned does not exist. One of the biggest issues is how in the world was a car that was priced online for $13,900 end up costing me $5000 more? I have done research and discovered that I am not the only one this has happened to at your dealership.I have a list of contacts for the Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commision, The **torney General, Cars.com and the **************************** along with documentation of my attempts at contacting you, I prefer not to go that route. One instance when I tried reaching someone the response was in order to sell the same kind of car. I texted ****** on Sept 15, days after the purchase of the car. The several times I texted ******************************* who was my first contact, she never responded as well, except on Sept 26, but not for my questions about the car I already purchased but to sell me a car. I still have recorded my attempts at reaching someone if necessary to present to the contacts listed above.To this day after having a text conversation with ******, I still haven't received satisfaction.It's been 8 months and I still haven't received the title to the car which was paid in full Overall, my experience with your dealership has been extremely disappointing. I believe that as a paying customer, I deserve better treatment.I request that you take immediate action to resolve this issue and compensate me for the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced. I also urge you to improve your sales process to ensure that future customers do not have the same negative experience that I did.

      Scammers ... total bait and switch. We called about a car they listed online to confirm the price. Told them we're driving 2 hours to see the car. They assured us that the price online is the actual price. Got there and they said the actual price is $10K over the listed price. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

      On May first I saw a car on the website and got prequalified for it. When I get there, they said the car was too old to finance. So they showed me another car that was $18600.. I saw another car that was $16000 but the salesperson said it was sold but its still on the website today. I spoke to the manager he tells me that the car has a salvage title so I checked the carfax it says no accidents.They lied to get me approved after signing all the paperwork, he tells me if finance company called me to tell them I still worked at my old job and made $5200.00 a month. I didnt look at the paperwork as I trusted them. When I got home I went over the paperwork and the price of the car was $23000. I called them and asked why the $4400 increase in price, he told me it was dealer fees. Another person told me *** went over the car and the car has LoJack but never received any paperwork saying its installed. I spoke to another manager and asked him I wanted to see the invoice or the inspection report from **** he tells me there isnt one cause *** didnt inspect it, they bought it from *** and the price was $23000 nothing was added on. So I got 3 different answers from 3 different people. I still havent gotten an answer about the additional $4400. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

      Bait and switch... i spoke to 3 people this week about a car and everyone said it was in great condition. I drive over an hour and a half for them to tell me the transmition is no good...

      This company frequently engages in Bait and Switch tactics to try and upcharge people for vehicles they had been promised at certain rates. Not only that, but are ripe with other borderline illegal predatory practices.
