    Ordered replacement water filters for my refrigerator. They did not work because there was no computer chip on the filters. When ordering the description said it would work on my refrigerator model. It was supposedly made by "GE", same manufacturer as my fridge. Tried to contact Toolsverse via e-mail & text multiple times to get filters tgat would work or a refund. Never received a response. Toolsverse is a joke with no customer service. Do not buy from them!!

    I would give this no stars if I could. I purchased a Dyson Airwrap from them - an almost $500 blow dryer. It is broken after only two-three months (and I blow dry my hair maybe once a week). They are informing me that because I did not return it within thirty days they are not going to refund me. The product provided was of horrible quality (clearly a used broken blow dryer). This company is a complete con. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Complete scam.

    I ordered New balance tennis shoes from this company one month ago I text them three times they said they were working on a shipping label I would have my order in 5 to 7 days that was 2 weeks ago still no shoes I think this business is a total scam

    Do not buy from theToolsVerse.com. They are a scam. I purchased 2 GE RPWFE water filters from them.After installing they both work for a second and then error out. ****** says to replace. We've tried everything including having a fridge repair person out (which was very costly) and they said it's not really an OEM product! I tried returning it to them but they have yet to respond and there is no number to talk to a live person.

    I ordered an item and they added a monthly subscription to my order without my authorization. I emailed and texted them to cancel the entire order and they don't respond. Need to now dispute the charge as they are scammers (fish and bait scheme)

    We place an order, payed ****** and never got the tool we order, this is a total scam, the funds were taken from our bank with a different name " ***** *****" with the name of *******************. we are reporting this to the police department. do not order from this fake store.

    This company is a complete scam. ****************** reps talk out of both sides of their mouths, and nothing is the truth. My money has been taken and I have yet to receive an order or resolution. The claim is that the order has been shipped, but the tracking number provided indicates through *** that a label was created - but no other shipping details. Anyone can create a shipping label through shipping software - doesn't mean the shipment occured. Do not purchase from this company. Thank goodness for the **** fraud department who has been amazing at handling this situation for me. BEWARE TOOLVERSE AT ALL COSTS!!!

    I ordered a fridge filter on 7/11/22 and received acknowledgment of the order that day. By 7/18, the tracker said "Shipping Label ******** **** Waiting for Pickup." On 7/29, I emailed the customer service contact info for ********************** because the tracking was unchanged. I received a friendly reply that they would check with the warehouse on it and wanted me to be satisfied. Someone would get back to me. No one ever did, despite my additional emails on 8/2, 8/8, 8/9, and 8/21. The company has a phone number but does not accept phone calls, only SMS messages, so on 8/21 I also sent a text. The item never came, the tracking is unchanged, the communication from them was just that one time. If the shipping and communications folks operated as efficiently as the party that deposits my money ($39.97 in this case), this review would read very differently...or would not have been necessary at all. I should state also that in my back account, the amount did not go to Toolsverse but to an individual named ***********************. Nothing but a scam.

    They are a scam company taking peoples money and not sending their orders. Do NOT purchase from them!!!
