    I purchased what was advertised as a Dyson Airwrap Hairstyler online from Toolverse.com a while ago and paid $459 for this product. I got an order confirmation and order #****. After months of trying to use this product and thinking I was still learning how to use it, I reached out to the ************* to report an issue because the ariwraps and the blow dryer was not getting hot enough. After dropping it off at Dyson for further investigations and to see if they can fix this, I just found out today that this is a fake Dyson Airwrap that was sold to me. I cannot reach anyone at Toolverse. The website doesnt exist anymore and theres no costumer service. Id like my money back.

    On September 8, 2022, when I installed the previous filter (new GE RPWFE filter) I ordered 2 new filters from TOOLSVERSE. The order number is ****.After not being able to get the new filter from TOOLSVERSE to work this week I had to have a repairman out to fix the problem, at our expense. After working on it he finally pulled up the sticker on the filter and NO CHIP was on the (now we know) COUNTERFEIT filter!! I paid $79.94 for 2 filters.How will you rectify this?

    I ordered a water filter on line from Toolsverse on 6/11/2022 and, after 6 weeks and several emails to "Gen" at the "Toolsverse customer service" I canceled the order as I never received the item. They kept promising in emails and even sending an empty tracking number, however, the filter was never delivered. They billed my charge $89.94 for the filter under Toolsverse on 6/11/2022 and I reversed the credit card payment after six weeks. Problems started when Sweet ***** LLC., and later **********************, then again Sweet ***** LLC., started billing $18.95 on my credit card every month. I discovered that both are linked to Toolsverse, which became unavailable. Similarly to other complaints I have read on the bbb.org web-site, seemingly they are billing a membership charge of $18.95 a month (it became $19.99 currently) because when I ordered the water filter I did not indicate that I did not want to be enrolled this automatic membership? They have been billing me me for 6 months of this unwanted membership. With most companies one would have to indicate that they want a membership. Also, with a new card number, the charges shouldn't be automatically renewed. These are fraudulent charges. My credit card company keeps returning these charges and issuing new credit cards, however, these fees keep popping up. I tried to email and also call Toolsverse, however, all my attempts failed as their email doesn't work anymore ************************************ address is not found) and the phone call is disconnected after some initial gibberish words.

    I ordered a portable ac on Sept 6th 2022 and still haven't received it. Been in back and forth 6 email communications with Toolverse, and they have no answers to either provide the product or simply refund my money. The online chat bot just always says they're referring me to a live person on customer service, but that never happens. I just want a refund credited back to my credit card. This is taking too long for them to resolve or respond, which leads me to believe this is fraudulent company.

    I ordered a clothes steamer for a trip in early September that to date hasnt arrived. I called and was sent an email apologizing for the delay and then all subsequent emails explain the item will ship in 5-7 days, but still has not arrived. Buyer beware as this company takes your money without fulfilling the order.

    I ordered a water filter on line from Toolsverse on 8/23/2022 on ,after I month I finally received this item. They billed my charge under Toolsverse on 8/23/2022 and received payment. Problem stated when Sweet **** LLC. ************ started billing $18.95 .After much investigation discovered that Sweet **** Is Toolsverse . They are billing a membership charge of $18.95 a month because when I order the water filter I did not indicate that I did not want to be enrolled this automatic membership. I finally found this information and they already billed me for 2 months of this unwanted membership. Most companies you have to indicate that you want a membership not the other way around. This is a fraud practice and the public should become aware . They did agree to stop this unwanted membership on 10/28/2022 after billing under Sweet **** LLC without an explanation. The public should be made aware of their practice.

    I'd like to share that when **************************;placed the order there was a check box for our "Terms of Service" [please check the attached photo] that she manually checked to proceed and pay your order which includes the **** Rewards Subscription". This check box is not automatically checked and can only be done by the person who placed the order.


    Apparently, customer *************************** signed up to a membership subscription "Toolsverse Rewards", which they are eligible to get the following benefits:

    1 Access to cost-price products and accessories.

    2 50% OFF ALL future purchases & I get access to ALL Toolsverse Rewards products that are discounted up to 80% OFF (some products are FREE, just pay Shipping.)


    I confirm the cancelation VIP Rewards Subscription and will not renew, the charge/s due to the auto-renewal have been refunded to the customer ***************************. The refund will be credited back to their account within **** business days.

    I placed an order for a blow dryer set($459.00) on 8/30. I received a confirmation for order #**** and my credit card was charged. i still have not recieved the item and have sent several emails asking for an up date with no response.     On 8/17/22 I purchased two water filters from Toolsverse. The items took much longer than claimed to arrive. Once opened and installed it was obvious the items were not official as they did not include a bar code and did not fit properly. After reaching out to the company several times via email and instagram it was clear they were not going to respond or refund our money as their "return policy" claims. We are owed $79.94.
