    I was denied access to all oglam life donation centers because they didnt want to explain a fault that they made on me. They said my protein was low but took my blood anyway and when i tried to explain to them that i cant even donate witg low protien they all started to fang up on me and say that i was being disrespecful so they denied my access bit thwy have my dna and my social and all my information. And im finding out that they have people working there at their center and they arent even certifyed to stick people with needles.

    Theyre online work hours postings are incorrect. On 07/05/2024 at 4:24pm I went to donate plasma after work, when I arrived I was told that the center was closed and that it was my fault for not calling even though the site page says theyre open until 7:30pm that day. So naturally I asked to file a complaint because that was unfair. I stayed filing the complaint for about 3 minutes and was told it was processed. On 07/07/2024 I went in again, but this time I was told I cannot donate anymore. I believe that the person that filed the complaint against me was in retaliation for making him write up a complaint form before leaving work. *************************(assistant manager) wrote the complaint and *************************(supervisor) is the person I spoke to on the second visit. I had never had a problem with the business so the sole reason to be banned was for writing up a complaint about the work hours being incorrect.

    the company posted a donation bonus after 8 donation. they sent 2 emails to us then on my 8th donation they said it was a mistake without notice me before I feel there are responsibilities for the bonus and I will like to have my bonus

    Our marketing team sent out promotional offer in error which it immediately attempted to clarify via text blast. Unfortunately, there was an error in our text system and not all donors received that message. We of course aim to honor the promotion for those donors who were left uniformed of its cancellation, including this donor. He has been reached out to with offer of the full promotional amoutn and has not responded.
