    My experience at this location had been fine for the first two months, but as I approached my seventh donation, I encountered an issue with improper needle insertion, resulting in vein damage. The person responsible failed to monitor my condition during the donation. Additionally, they did not provide any assistance or medical attention after the incident, instead offering blank stares while watching someone else assist me. As a result, I have decided to take legal action against the company in hopes of preventing this from happening to anyone else who is donating with the good intention of helping save a life.

    On Monday February 12 24 I arrived at Olgam Life Plasma donation center in order to donate plasma. Upon arriving I noticed a unsupervised mob of people many of which appeared sick unable to stand up. After getting in some sort of line I noticed fresh globs of mucus splattered all over different parts of the floor. Furthermore the water fountain in the facility and the restrooms were out of order without any explanation. While waiting in line multiple dope sick individuals can clearly be seen puffing on vape sticks as groups of juveniles can be seen wildly ******* up and down the stairs of the facility. After waiting approximately 3.5 hours to be screened for donation your then led into a back area which is even more chaotic. The facility had approximately 60 plasma donation beds with 4 overwhelmed staff members on duty.. After another 1.5 hours a staff member calls out my name and I m finally seated. As I'm waiting I observed staff who were unable to correctly insert the plasma needle in the arms of donors disqualifying them from being able to donate. Finally after another 1.5 hours I was finally done. Olgam Life gives donors 50 dollars for the aggravation and keeps **** for themselves. Olgam Life is running a very reckless and dangerous business with no oversight especially for the staff. I had to report the multiple health code violations to the *** department of health.
