      My insurance company properly booked a trip for me for November 7th 2022 at 12:15 p.m. At 11:15 a.m. Agape luxury corporation was supposed to pick me up at my address ************************************************************************************ and take me to **************** located at ***************************************************. Agape never showed up to pick me up and as a consequence I missed a very important medical appointment. I called agape to complain about the new show and the operator told me that they did not have my address in their database which I find to be very weird. I attempted to give the Agape operator my trip confirmation number and they refused to take it. I'm submitting as evidence Exhibit-A my trip confirmation invoice receipt number that was properly given to me by my medical insurance trip provider. I'm submitting the phone conversation evidence Exhibit-B by the Agape operator on Monday November 7th 2022. In the future I do not want to miss my very important medical appointments which is the reason for this complaint.

      Good afternoon – I logged in to your website but was unable to find this complaint. This is our response:

       

      As per the software we use, Limosys* *** ******* had 50 reservations made by her insurance company with AGAPE. As you can see in the screenshot below this includes canceled and no-show trips. The top right of the screen shot reflects the date range used for this search.

       

      On the date in question, 11/9/2022, we do not a have a trip for *** ******* uploaded in our system from her insurance company. This same information was provided by our customer service agent. The confirmation number *** ******* provided does not belong to our portal. Therefore, it does not confirm she was booked with us by her insurance. Her insurance company must have scheduled her medical transportation with another company, it was not AGAPE. The last time *** ******* was serviced by AGAPE was October 20, 2022.
