      Normally I dont have a problem with Agape. They are a great transportation company compared to whats out there. This specific driver, **** ******* is absolutely rude beyond rude. He hangs up on you. Doesnt pick you up where he is supposed to. He is telling me he sees me out the window, ****** in the phone tellin me what I have on but he is yelling at someone else. Has an attitude with you jus because you point out when hes the one that is wrong. Something is seriously wrong with this dude. Like I said, normally I dont have problems with Agape. Some of their drivers can be unruly but you can put them in their place. This one, he was jus rude because he was in the wrong place and even more rude because I pointed it out to him. Agape, you need a better screening process for your drivers because this ***** is definitely a different piece of work

      WARNING!!!!! DO NOT USE **** COMPANY!!! THEY ******* 4 HOURS LATE, not call on days for surgeries! CUSTOMER SERVICE DISCONNECTS YOU OF YOU ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR!, I was thrown out of a thier cab last night after using them fir 3 years!! Because someone gave the driver the WRONG ADDRESS!! It was late at night he drops on wallstreet!!! I was going to ******! he said well it's your problem if I was given the wrong address I have another ride get out!! This was after the original.driver did not show!!!! THIS MORNING HAD ANOTHER RIDE, A MONTH IT TAKES TO GET MY DOCTORS APPOINTMENT, I recieve a text that the driver is on thier way, THEY NEVER SHOWED!! IF THERE IS AN ISSUE ITS TAKES 30 MINITES TO GET THEOUGH FOR AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT OR NO SHOWS!! AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

      You need better cars and less SUVs since patients have mobility issues and your drivers are not prepared to help with step or step boosters.Drivers should pay attention who they see at pick up point and pull the car as close as possible to the curb and assist for getting and getting of the car if they do not have step boosters.They should text if they want and can arrive earlier rather then just show up and assume we are ready because they are at the pick up point.

      I agree, Agape car service should never be used. I had an appointment at, 10.am the driver calls me at. 8:36 am to pick me up, I explained to him thats to earlyI my appointment is not until 10.am mind you the ************** is ten minutes away. I call the driver at 9am to let him know that I am downstairs, he tell me NO call the base, okay I call the base no one is answering the phone, 30 minutes later I get an operator and she sounds like she just woke up, I explained what happened and she asks me do I want a pick up for 10am WHAT my appointment is for ten o'clock. I said just cancel the appointment and any future appointments as well and this is not the only incident Ive had with AGAPE Luxury but, its definitely the last, they deserve no stars.****** W

      This company promotes drivers to achieve $2000 per week and once you make $1200 the staff in the office block and stops you from making money by picking up passengers. There scheme is to block you and say that your falsely committing fraud. When it is all a lie just to prevent you from picking up trips and recruiting new un knowledgeable drivers. Falsely stating fraud is a crime Agape Luxury Corporation.
