    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ****************** I ordered four pair of boxer briefs, & all of them were to small. Despite following their return policy, they have not responded to my email or offered an exchange. It's been a month with no assistance or proper response. I will NEVER order from them again.

    Hi *******,First off, thank you so much for your order and for giving us a shot. And sorry that the boxer briefs were too small.I see that you first contacted our customer support on June 8th and **** from our team responded on the same day. You then submitted multiple tickets via various channels (email, website pop up) every few days after this initial email - sorry for the delayed response - when a new ticket is submitted, our system pushes the thread down to the bottom of our list since our settings are set so that older messages are at the top of our list (so that we can work on oldest tickets first) - the repeated submission of tickets pushed your ticket to the bottom, which is why it took longer than usual to respond back to you - we'll work with the tech team so see if there is a more efficient way to prioritize tickets.I see that our team has been responding to your new tickets every day or so and that they are helping you with a return. Sorry that you felt you needed to submit a BBB submission about our customer service - we will work on improving our experience.

I see that it was delivered on September 18th - sorry for this delayed delivery - DHL is usually a great partner but they do sometimes mess up and delay shipments, and we have no control over DHL's delivery speed.     I've bought underwear from All Citizens for the last few years and have been very happy with the product and customer service. However, my last purchase has been a disaster. Their site was having issues and kept changing the size of my product after adding to the cart. I opted to continue as they allowed me to leave a note with the purchase. In the checkout note I asked to change the item to the correct size referencing the site issues. I knew this was a ***************** but figured I'd just return the item if the note didn't work and it didn't work. This is where I've become even more frustrated. It's been over a week and I have not gotten a response from customer service. They have a 2 business day leadtime and it's been 7. The only customer service path they provide is email so there's no way to get anywhere. It's wild since they shipped the underwear same day. At this point I just want to return the product and find another company to get my product from. However, I need to be able to get ahold of someone in order to do this.
