    I placed an online pre-order for the item on 04/22/21 that was supposed to ship in July 2021. I have contacted the company via phone and email several times. Every time I call to speak to that same person answers the phone call for the last two years and promises that product will be shipped in the next few weeks. Giving false hope. It's been over two years and now they are not even responding to emails or phone calls anymore. I don't understand their business practice. I can understand there might be some delays due to covid but over two years that doesn't sounds correct. It sounds like a scam. So I want them to either send me the product as promised or give me my refund.
