      I ordered a dash kit for my wife's ***** CX-5 that did not fit. I reached out to them and they said they would give me a store credit to order another one, so I did. The second dash kit didn't fit either. I then got another credit and ordered carbon fiber door pillars for my ****************** They did not fit correctly either. At this point I would like a refund because all 3 products I have ordered did not fit correctly and they only issue store credits. I will not be using anything from them again

      I ordered 18 yards of What was advertised as *************************** High gloss gold metallic vinyl wrap. First of all I never received all 18 yards instead more like 10 and a promise of the rest shipped later. I never received the second part of my shipment and what I did receive was completely unusable. I attempted to use 1 yard of the material and it was complete garbage. I contacted customer support in attempt to exchange the bad off brand product for some real *************************** but was told sorry that the product was mishandled and no exchange or refund was possible. There is no excuse not to honor and stand behind your product, especially if over 95% of it was UNUSED. I have gone back and forth with ******** of customer service and he refused to allow me to return in total the 17 of the ****************************** exchange for some real *************************** product that I have had success with in the past. After reading the reviews I have realized a serious pattern of outright fraud with this company. Something needs to be done as they are flat out stealing money from people with zero consequences. These scammers have stolen $771.00 from me and refuse to make it right. Again, I do not want a refund. I simply want to return the un used portion of the material 17 yards, 8 of which I never received in exchange for *************************** SW900 High Gloss Silver. I have expressed this several times but they refuse to make it right. I will never again do business with these crooks and would like this and all other complaints against these thieves made public so that they are put out of business because all they are doing is scamming and stealing peoples hard earned money and making a mockery of fair business in this country. I will not go away either and will make sure to get the word out to suspecting victims not to buy anything from these thieves.

      I ordered vinyl window tint for the front two windows on my vehicle. The tint was not the right size for the vehicle I have and there was also small rips in the liner. I immediately contacted customer service and sent photos of the issues. It took them over a week to review and then they refused to take any ownership for their fault and refused to issue a refund and then tried to place blame on me so that they didnt have to accept responsibility for an error on their end. I am making one last attempt to have this resolved before reporting them to my bank for taking money without providing the goods and services that were paid for.

      4/9/23 Order #****** and 4/19/23 Order #******. No where during the ordering or shopping process online does it say that the vinyl wraps are not items that can be returned for refund or exchange. They also would not send samples which I would have happily paid for. Only when you read through the fine print do you learn they will not accept refunds or exchanges for most products they sell. Neither of the wraps I ordered look like the picture online. One is lighter with a hint of blue and the other is darker than the picture. Total Amount for both orders is $87.95

      We understand that buying a product online can lead to misunderstandings so we're happy to accept a return for a store credit, gift certificate or exchange on products in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

      Simply return any eligible purchase from Rvinyl within 30 days from the date of delivery by filling out the form below. Your return must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are ineligible for credit.  In the event an error is made by Rvinyl, a return shipping label will be provided.
      So what happens when you receive my return? We will inspect it. Then we will process your store credit within 2 business days. Store credits are issued by giving you a credit code you may apply to your next order. You may redeem it by adding your desired products to our cart and during the checkout process and then applying the code.
      The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

      [That policy is not visible during the purchase process anywhere.  You must go to their refund section in small print at the bottom of their website to find this info.  Also, the way it is written is very misleading as the first two paragraphs state how they understand and will accept returns.  Only after this statement, they list almost all items they sell that are not refundable in a brief list.  At a minimum their refund practice is hidden and misleading. BBB, please take a look for yourself, go to the site, try ordering something and you will see what I am describing for yourself.  If a refund will not be allowed, best business practice and customer service practice is that it should be stated in the purchasing process.]

      Purchased a wood grain dash kit from RVinyl on March 29, 2023. Delivered April 10th and was completely disappointed that they mailed me a cheap unusable sticker in place of a dash kit. This company is an absolute Con, they will take a return but only for a store credit - they will not refund me. This is completely unacceptable - these criminals need to have some sort of reckoning. Absolutely disgusting they can literally steal $141 from me for no service and no product and keep my money.

      RVinyl is a complete con they claim that they sell a premium wood grain Dash and in fact what they send is a cheap thin unmanageable sticker for $141. I requested a refund and all they are prepared to offer is a Store Credit clearly Ill never buy anything from this place.

      This is absolutely and completely unacceptable. A business can not sell total junk and then not offer a refund and only offer a store credit on goods no one would ever wish to purchase. There are so many online complaints and negative reviews against this con artist company selling this junk with no consequence for what is correct or right.

      Ive already got **************** holding the charges and investigating this company for possibly fraudulent con charges. You cant steal money from people and then get away with it. What you sold me is 100% unusable

      Placed an order for window tint for a 2021 **** Explorer. When I received the order it did not match my vehicle (specifically the front driver/passenger windows and side rear windows). After contacting the company and providing pictures of what was sent to me, they stated that the pictures of what was sent to me matches their window specs for that vehicle. I replied by pointing out the notches or angles cut into the rear window tint, however the vehicle windows are almost perfectly square. I asked if they could send me either a new set for that vehicle (to ensure the wrong one was not sent by mistake) or if they could provide a refund because it wouldnt fit my car. They replied (but didnt even acknowledge my two solutions) by stating that I could return the tint but would only be allowed to get a store credit. A store credit does not assist me if they are adamant that what they sent me was the correct package and I dont have another vehicle that I would purchase tint for.

      BUYERS BEWARE:
      RVinyl ignored my request to have the product that they sent me be reviewed again (it clearly did not match my vehicle). They also ignored my request to have a second set sent to me (in case the wrong vehicle one was sent to me by mistake). They also ignored my request for a refund (if the werent go to review what they sent to me, and they werent going to try sending a second set, then I didnt have use for the store credit that they were offering).

      This is not the first problem with this company and I should have been more concerned with ordering from them again.

      I ordered a tail light tint kit for my car. Shipping was a week late, it took ten days to arrive. It finally showed up on Feb. 15.I went to install the film, however before I was able to get started the film broke apart. It was brittle and creased, and also had large bubbles between itself and the paper it comes on, which it shouldn't. I contacted RVinyl and explained what was wrong and sent pictures as requested. They made zero attempts to clarify the issue or offer a solution, despite the guarantees claimed in their advertising. Their representative ********************* told me "its an installer error and isn't covered." I can confidently say that it was not an error on my part. I was sent a defective product which was likely cut from a roll of film that wasn't manufactured properly.After that I was basically just ignored. A quick search online showed that this is fairly par-for-the-course for this company. There are many complaints about defective films, mismatched or partially missing orders, and very bad customer service, commonly ending with the company attempting to blame the customer or just ignoring them.

      Same complaint as the rest. Window tint didnt fit car, contacted customer service, provided pictures showing how they didnt fit and crickets. Have heard nothing.       I placed an order with Rvinyl on or around 12/14/22, order #******. I received this order in a timely fashion that was a Christmas gift for my son. This item wasn't opened & it was wrapped for Christmas that we spent out of town. When returning home, after Christmas we attempted to put this tint on my son's car on 12/28/22. It was discovered at that time that we were given the incorrect tint pieces for our vehicle. I went to their website and couldn't find a phone number to contact them, but I could send an email to contact them. I submitted this request on 12/29/22 with specific instructions at that time that I needed a replacement and needed it expedited since I receive the wrong item. I told them I was on a tight deadline as my son was leaving town on 1/8/23 to return to school with no date in the near future he would be back home. I received a response 12/29 saying they needed pictures, pictures were sent on 12/31/22. I received a response 1/3/23 saying they were processing my replacement order. I again asked when it would ship, how fast it would be received & again explained my needs, I got a shipping notice 1/6/23 with no further information. I requested a refund 1/9/23 as I still hadn't received my replacement ********* son was now gone. I wasn't going to mail him this product to put on himself at that point. I received a response 1/10/23 saying I would receive store credit. I received my replacement order 1/10/23 finally. I sent a reply 1/10/23 asking to speak with someone to resolve my issue. The issue was their error and due to their poor customer service, I didn't want store credit as I will never use them again. I emailed again 1/13/23 as I hadn't gotten a *************** replied that they couldn't offer me a refund. I submitted a poor review for them and their response was "we are sorry for your experience". I have looked at their reviews further & this seems to be a common problem with this company. I want a refund for my order.

      Yes they delivered my replacement order, but I tried to cancel after the generic responses from this company to my many very specific emails.  I have also from the start was willing to return all items to them, with a return tag from them of course due to their errors, and this has been verbalized to them a few times and they haven't responded on any aspect of that offer.  They just keep saying there is no refund available.  They are wrong.  They have treated many customers like me in a similar way, if you read their reviews and I want this noted for this company.  You can order, but you may or may not get what you ordered, they may or may not respond to you, if they do it may or may not be timely enough to meet your needs, and if you aren't happy, they offer no refunds.  ************ needs all of this information readily displayed to all potential buyers.  I won't be one of them again nor anyone I know, but hoping to help a future orderer steer clear here.  I also would likely not be going this far in my complaint had I received the correct order from the start, had they responded appropriately to any of my emails back and forth, and had they got me the correct product when I needed it.

      I made a purchase in this website. As the description states this will fit my make and model. After receiving the dash kit, there is no top portion to the kit. I asked to have a refund since it didnt fit even though their website said it would. They refused my refund.
