  STAY AWAY THIS PLACE IS SCAMMING! SELLS FALSELY ADVERTISED VINYL AND TINT KITS THAT DO NOT FIT YOUR VEHICLES AND DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS AFTER GIVING YOU NO EXPLANATION EXCEPT "UNFORTUNATELY THATS JUST HOW OUR PRODCUTS ARE"..... YOU MEAN THEY ARE GARBAGE??? I REPEAT STAY FAR AWAY

  I placed an order for vehicle wrap. The website never said that it was out of stock. I never received it so I sent an email asking for an update as to when it would be delivered. Finally after going back and forth a few times, they said it was out of stock and they had no idea when it would be back in stock. I asked them to credit my cc and I still have yet to see that credit, nor have I gotten an email back saying that they will credit my cc.

  Placed an order for pre-cut tint which I ordered 35% for all rear windows, 20% for the front two and 5% for the windshield banner. The order arrived faster than estimated. Upon opening the package to inspect, I found that I was missing the front windshield banner. I contacted customer service, and they shipped one out with no questions asked, okay great right? Wrong. I installed half the tint and then when I got down to the remaining 3 rear windows, I noticed that the rear windshield tint was significantly darker than the sides. It is completely obvious how much of a difference 5% is compared to 35%, so I sent in a picture showing the tints side by side and how much of a difference there was. I suspect that whoever fulfilled the order, overlooked the windshield banner all together and provided me with 5% rear windshield tint instead, no big deal really. Except they requested me to buy a $100 light tester to prove their mistake this time. When I informed them, I would not be buying a tool that cost more than their tint their response was "I am sorry you feel this way. The other issue was already fixed and had shipped out free of charge. Here is the tracking below. Unfortunately, no, this is the final decision by management who is also an owner." This place takes advantage of their customers and doesn't care, listen to the other bad reviews unlike me.

  I placed an order for a window tint kit. - I no longer need the kit, and have requested to return it. Customer service states, only returnable for credit. Even though the package has not been opened, and I offered to pay a restocking fee if needed. Just to recoup some amount of money. Yes, this was a self-imposed mistake, but in my opinion poor support on the part of *****. I do understand that it is in their policy, it just seems a little poor as far as serving the customer and maintaining repeat business is concerned. I will most likely end up with a store credit that I will not use, not because I don't want something else, but because this experience and lack of care for the customer has cost ********************** a repeat customer.

  Item ordered was delivered fast and in good quality. Issue was the items were way too small to scale to match what was advertised. When filed a complaint with product and picture to boot. They offered store credit. I cant use credit unless I re order the same item. They only offer an incorrect size according to customer service. They need me to send back the item for credit so they can resend it to me again. They refuse to send refund and keep giving me the run around. Do not waist time with them. The phone number is some dudes cell phone and the address is some dudes apartment. Cant leave reviews or add any comments on ********* If you buy anything be prepaired to not get money back and receive trash.

  Rvinyl does not accept customer returns and doesnt provide any refunds. If you buy product from them you will be stuck with whatever they sent you and you will never get a refund. This is a business that is clearly operating in bad faith, BUYER BEWARE!

  I decided to custom design the stripes on my corvette stingray and do it myself instead of spending easily a grand and having someone do it. So wanted to give these guys a try for a fraction of that money and just do it at home myself. I recieved the vinyls in a week and I must say, I am very impressed with the quality of the 3M vinyls!! They are gorgeous, thick and came well packaged. I'm going to contact them and order more since I underestimated the measurements. Highly recommend them.

  Love the 5 star reviews, I'm sure they are feom real paying customers. **************** horrible customer service, will be out of business sooner or later.
