      Wasn't cut to the right size. They sent round cut outs for the fog lights witch are a rectangle shape. The vinyl for the headlight itself was too small and didn't even make it from edge to edge of the light. Complete waste of money. You even leave the exact make and model for them in the comments of the order.

      Sold me wrong tints TWICE and they were also precuts when i ordered rolls!!! Ive been asking for my money back which was $207 and they said it only available in store credit, what good is that. Horrible experience. I need that refund!!!!

      First order was wrong model, replacement order vinyl was extremely too small. It looked to be made for a kids electric car. I asked for a refund and they stopped responding to me.

      Recieved damage tints on their behalf and refuse to refund. I did everything they asked for and they dont give a reason for why they wouldnt considered them damaged. They should at least pay for return shipping on exchange but after this experience, i dont want to do business with this business. Im stuck with these tints. Even the professional installer didnt said that the damage was going to show.

      Order arrived faster than expected, but unfortunately due to the design of the taillight on my ******, it's impossible to get this film applied perfectly. Regardless of water, heat, stretching, nothing will get it to fit. I've been wrapping cars, applying tint, for years professional and had my doubts so nothing against RVinyl, this would be for any company offering this for this car. I guess I had high hopes. I was able to salvage the material at least and use it for something else.

      BUYERS BEWARE WARNING!! If zero stars was possibly thats what I would be giving this company!! Ordered a dash kit for my 2021 Escalade sport platinum and the pieces are nowhere close to fitting my trim correctly! As well as half the vinyl pieces arriving damaged! Ive been getting the runaround from ****** for few weeks now, she likes to come up with every excuse not to give me my money back! First it was in I didnt know how to install the product correctly, so then I took the time to install it as a professional would and trim still did not fit correctly! Then proceeded to tell me she cant warranty it out if its professionally installed! If you order something and it doesnt fit you will not get your money back!! ?????? company! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! 150$ down the drain!!

      Pre cut vinyl was way too small for headlight. **************** says it will stretch. It does stretch but getting it too look good with such small amount of material was impossible to make look good. Back and fourth with customer service and they blew me off saying thanks for the notes.

      Claimed product was vehicle specific. When the product arrived it did not fit my truck. When I contacted customer service they told me I could return the product at my expense and receive a store credit. This is not only unacceptable, but just plain fraud!
