    On 11/2/2022 I rented a car to drive Uber with this company. The day I picked up the car they tried to send me off with a car that was FILTHY. I asked for another car or could they wash it. They went to the car wash and it looked even worse. The stains were dragged all across the car. So I asked for a different car. ****** told me to hold on and sent me outside in the cold. I was standing outside in the cold for a long time and had to sit on the restaurant stairs on the corner while ****** took his next client. They said its a small shared suite which is why I had to stand outside in the cold. They told me I would have to tell them a week in advance if I didnt need the vehicle for the following week. On 11/23/2022 I called and told them that I didnt need it for the following week. They told me to bring the car before noon and I would just have to pay $200. I brought it by the time they told me and they still took $371 from me. ******* which is a manager there said he was going to give me a refund because they charge my card for that a whole new week but told me to bring the car by 12 noon and I would only be charged $200 instead of $371. As I entered the office another manager called my phone so Im telling him how rude his customer service rep ***** was. ****** thats the manager of the suite told me to get out or hes calling the police. I said I have to sign the contract to say I returned the vehicle. He said no you dont have to sign anything just get out. Im still on the phone with this other manager while everything is happening. Hes telling me on the phone no dont listen to ****** and I dont have to go anywhere. ****** then proceeds to call the police. I was not given a refund or my deposit. I was told that I would be contacted and I still havent heard anything.

    I began renting a car from Buggy TLC on August 29th 2022 to drive on the Uber. Upon signing the contract I paid a deposit of $499 which is to be returned to me when the contract has ended. I pay $689/week and an additional $15/week for insurance. On Tuesday Oct 11, I parked in a CVS parking lot and went inside. As I returned to the car I noticed large scratches and a dent on the right side. After receiving security video from CVS, I saw that the car next to me reversed and side swiped me. I called the police, filed a report and called Buggy. They requested I come in the next day and fill out a accident report which I did. They told me they didn't have any other vehicles to rent me and that they will fix the car once I send in the official police report because the insurance company needs it to process the claim. I picked up the report Oct 19 when it was ready and sent it in. I had been waiting since then for them to tell me when to come in to get the car fixed and pick up another car but hadn't heard anything about it. They informed me a few weeks ago to get an oil change and an inspection which I did. On Thurs Nov. 10 while on the LIE with a passenger, a taxi driver tried to cut me off and hit my front right bumper. I got all of that drivers info and went to Buggy's ************* and gave it to them to go through with the insurance claim and file police report. Buggy told me they would not insure me for renting another car because I had gotten into 2 accidents within 3 months and they took my $499 deposit charging me to fix the damage saying I owe them $600 more. They said I was not covered under insurance when I had been paying $15/wk. First they said I was told to return the car to be fixed and I didn't which is why they are charging me and won't return my deposit. Then they said I wasn't covered under insurance so they're charging me when the car was insured and I was paying them weekly for it. They won't return my deposit and I did nothing wrong.

    After returning my rental car used for Uber they failed to return deposit after many months and additionally charged my card afterwards approximately two months after return date. No results following up bi-weekly calls to them. ****** deposit along with ***** further on.

    Dear ***, I am a TLC licensed driver and drive in ***. Since I don't have a TLC plate I rent a vehicle though Buggy TLC. This company is uses fraudulent methods to exploit drivers. Since now the vehicle rental is in high demands we are pray to them. When documents needs updating for driving they will not do it on time but we still have to pay them for those days. When we refer someone we are supposed get refaral. But after giving referral they have reverse it for 2 of them and some more driver I referred I never received them. On top of that the vehicle always have mechanical issues but never get any replacement unless vehicle is stuck somewhere and cannot be driven again. This has been going on forever and it's not only me hundreds of drivers are suffering. They are never available when you need a issue resolved.My request to the BBBto take appreciate action against this kind of predatory company. Who are using driver's desperation to rip benefits.Best regards ***********************

    Buggy TLC company refused to refund my security deposit$400.i rent the car of ****** sienna on March the vin#is ***************** on March 3rd 2022- End Apr 29Th 2022z. The car rental payment plus insurance is $669 per week+ plus $499 of deposit. I return back the car on time and also got rental inspection report stated everything is ok. They will take about 1 month to refund the security deposit. And I wait about a month more was not refunded. SO I tried calling them AGAIN on it takes forever to get billing department customer service and I Finally get through agent told me I need to give them my bank information( routing and account number) they cannot refund back to the original payment. And I waited for it for another month but nothing refunded it back still. The month(third month )I called again they stated they sent the money back but my bank had not processed this payment I asked for the reference number of the transaction they can not provide it. and I called my bank to figure out the reason why for not processing this payment. The bank stated they checked all my posts and pending transaction there was nothing coming from this company. And I stop by the office again. The office employee can not provide any information regards this transaction. Please help server justice.

    I was involved in an accident with one of their cars somebody hit me from behind I give them all the insurance information from the person that hit the car and fill out all the documents that they give me on July 11 at their office and they informed me that everything was approved that I could keep the car because it wasnt a lot of damage or get another one I decided to keep it now I returned the car on August 26 and after I left the office they called me telling me that I have to pay 670.40$ for the damages on the car and tell me they keep my 500$ deposit plus I have to pay 264.47$ Not sure the math , the charge the insurance and charged me
