    I have been a subscriber with Tiny Organics for over a year. On February 25, 2024, my credit card on file with Tiny Organics was charged $130.97. I received an email confirmation thanking me for my purchase and that they "currently expect orders to ship out within 4 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). We will send you a separate email with tracking information once your order ships." As of March 30, 2024, I have not received any tracking information or my order. I inquired about my order via email on March 9 and received a reply that most of the meals in my pre-selected order were out of stock. On March 26, I emailed requesting they either ship my order immediately or refund my money and cancel my subscription. As of March 30, I have not received confirmation of an order shipping, nor has my money been refunded or my subscription cancelled. If this company cannot fill orders as advertised, they should not take your money and keep making empty promises. Families are depending on them to deliver food for their children, and they are not delivering as advertised, but are still taking your money.

    Better Business Bureau:

    The business has not responded to BBB's communication in reference to complaint ID ********. However, they refunded my money in full on April ********************************************************************************** an email dated April 9. I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
