    There site keeps telling me I don't have an account with them when I absolutely do and their reps have only got back to me twice but the issue isn't fixed. They have all my information including credit card and their site continues to tell me I don't have an account. So I cant change, stop or do anything. They asked me to do a reset password thing with the link they provided me and I did but it still says I don't have an account and the rep ******** I do. When you are taking peoples money and holding onto very sensitive information you have a duty to make sure your site is running correctly and its not and your reps aren't getting back to me to even fix the issue anymore, I'm highly disappointed and I just want to be able to log onto my account but if this is how tiny organics runs their site and doesn't get back to their paying customers in timely manners then I was you guys to just cancel my account and lose my information.
