    We ordered our batteries online via Amazon and they arrived on time and the batteries were correct and working well.Our order was very small but "My Battery Supplier" provided a good service.

    I received an open package of recharable AA batteries. When I put them on the charger they were dead. This is the second time I have purchased batteries from ******* that are dead straight from the packaging. Getting a refund via ******* for a third party vendor is a nightmare.

    Ordered watch batteries on 12/31/23. Was told they would arrive between 1/5/24-1/9/24. It's 1/11/24 and still not here. I have emailed them twice with no response. Tracking is not available, so I don't know if they were even sent. Amazon has been contacted and stated they would take action if I am not contacted and satisfied through this 3rd party seller.

    I would give a lower rating if I could. Their website showed my order did not go thru, so tried again same thing. Ended up having 5 charges on my credit card. I sent them several emails and they did not send me the orders, thank the Lord, HOWEVER, they continue to try over and over to charge my credit card for nothing.

    Bought rechargeable batteries and they must be old as the hills because even with putting them in my charger they still don't work I've sent several messages but they won't respond after they found out it was a complaint about there products being bad

    Purchased through 3rd party (AMAZON) but shipped directly from My Battery Supplier in Brooklyn. These new batteries (guaranteed to 03/2032) failed to achieve the nominal 3.0 volts. Checked again at a local battery retailer who said that they should achieve 3.3 volts straight out of the package.

    I ordered a strip of 5 Energizer 321 batteries from them on Amazon. When my watch did not run after installing the first one, I tested it and it was DOA. Testing with two battery testers showed all 5 were DOA. Bad business!
