"CSI Estimation, LLC" has sent me regular emails for about the last 2 years despite multiple requests to be removed from their contact lists. I'm not even in the industry which could be served by their "product". The names and email domains the emails originate from have changed over time, but the emails continue to come. The address on their website isn't accurate (missing building number) An email from business says they only work online. A search of NY state business records shows that no such business is registered with the state of *********These errors in conjunction with the complaints of many others lead me to believe that this is a fraudulent company, probably operating from a foreign country where they may feel safer from prosecution under US laws.Per email received from "***** *****" at ***, they are not willing to provide any proof that they are a real company (FEIN, state of registration, etc) until AFTER I provide to them sensitive bid information.Customers beware!Initial Complaint

Like others have mentioned, this "company" spams constantly. My organization never signed up for their spam and opt out requests are never honored. This "company" uses VoIP phone numbers and the spam originates from an IP in ********. Finally, the address on the emails is *********************. No street address provided. This company sends unsolicitated emails every day. I block the sender immediately. They send the next day's email from another email address at the same csi-estimating.net address. I block that email address....repeat... this has been going on for months....Initial Complaint

I have tried emailing and blocking this company from their multiple messages a day. It is frankly, annoying. Their emails also offer NO WAY to unsubscribe from their scam that I never subscribed to in the first place."One such law is the US's CAN-SPAM legislation. This law, enforced by the ************************* states clearly that you must include a clearly obvious way for subscribers to opt out of *************** messages: Tell recipients how to opt out of receiving future email from you."By law, they are required to offer a way for recipients to unsubscribe and no longer receive their electronic solicitations. Company constantly emails unsolicited to our company about doing estimates for us. We are an estimating company and have asked them multiple times to stop contacting us. they completely ignore our requests. We want them to stop emailing us period. **********************************Initial Complaint

The company emails me multiple times, daily. Different people from the same company. I have called and emailed to get the harrassing to end. It never stops. This company has sent me the same or similar emails demanding i reply form over 6 different staff members. The emails are spam, and are relentless. There is no person to talk to make it stop, the senders are all different people so blocking email isn't working. There is no way to unsubscribe. I believe there is legislation about unsolicited emails, and there should be a way to make it stop, but for this company i can not find it. I tried to get one of them to call me, they refused, but continued to send emails...... please help me.Initial Complaint

After multiple phone calls and emails I am unable to get them to stop emailing. I have blocked every address they use, but they continue to send the emails. Since January of this year, my company has received 43 emails. I receive hundreds a year. Please make them stop.Customer Answer
