    Eye4fraud received my personal information including my phone number, address, credit cards and email without my consent. In 2023 their website server was hacked which included a massive data breach. I have attempted to contact them directly without any response. I believe that this website goes against privacy laws between a seller and a buyer from an online transaction. In my request to contact them I asked for information on why they have my private information and how they received my private information and what they have done to provide compensation for the massive data leak that occurred.

    Hello,I have recently been informed that my email address was compromised, from *************.I have never heard of this company until now. I would like to know, if could you please have someone delete and terminate accounts with the email address of discussion.     I was recently made aware by activearmour that my personal information is available on the dark web due to Eye4Frauds data breach. I have never done business directly with Eye4Fraud and I have not found a way to contact them directly. I am asking that my personal information be removed from their servers and that they provide a paid identity protection/repair service for one year. I would like a quick resolution to this extremely disturbing issue.

    I was emailed by this company saying my credit card info was on the dark web. It showed my last 4 digits but I dont shop at places that I dont know and have never seen that website eye 4 fraud before.

    This is on the dark web per life lock and I have never done anything with this company. Purchased something for my Dad and an employee sold my information to the dark web gluco ***** I think it is called something for sugar diabetes.     I never hired these folks and they were breeched according to Life lock who i do have account with has informed there ****** has ended my name and email on the Dark ****.     A dark web scan by my credit monitoring service found that the company *************, had leaked my information onto the dark web. They disclosed my full name, full address, home phone number and most importantly my Discover card credit card number. From what I've been researched, this company is supposed to protect businesses from fraudulent credit card use by consumers. Because they have leaked my credit card, and all this other information, onto the dark web I was forced to freeze that credit card, get a new credit card from ********* and reassign the new card to pay all my automatic monthly bills and yearly subscriptions. I have also reported this company and filed the complaint with the *** about eye4fraud.

    That is not a true statement that they have made regarding their collection of sensitive data because my credit card number, address, full name and phone number were found as being exposed by Eye4Fraud on the dark web. They still have not admitted that they expose my credit card number onto the dark web. I have proof but since this may be made public on the BBB website, I am not going to post my document to this reply. You have caused me a lot of work because I had to get a new credit card and change all of the accounts using the prior number. BBB should investigate this company thoroughly and see the damage that they've created.
