    Eye4Fraud is a company that sells online Fraud protection has collected my personal information including name, address, email address, email password and others, without my consent. I have never had any business with them or their affiliates as far as I know. Recently (Sept 2023) they have been hacked and all my personal information has been posted on Dark net. I became aware because I have dark net monitoring service available through Experien as part of restitution they offered when Experien allowed themselves to be hacked. I filed a complaint with *** but to no avail. I am writing to you as a resident of the ****************** to investigate this issue of Eve4Fraud fraudulantly collecting my data, allowing themselves to be hacked and still without publicly acknowlledging or notifying the victims, still carrying on selling their business. To a simple mind, this is fraud. I think they should be investigated, prosecuted and punished and we should be compensated

    Eye4Fraud has issued a statement regarding this incident back in March: ********************************************. This statement has now been updated to address the recent alerts sent by some monitoring services.

    As noted in the statement, Eye4Fraud does not collect sensitive personal information about individuals like account passwords or full payment card numbers, in the course of providing our services.

    Eye4Fraud has taken the necessary steps to address this matter, by complying with our legal obligations in connection with this incident, and in cooperating with regulatory authorities. Eye4Fraud also engaged outside cybersecurity experts to ensure that there is no active threat in their network.

    We understand and share the customer's concern for personal privacy and security, and if they prefer, we can remove their data from our servers.

    I never gave them permission, consent, implied or otherwise to collect ANY of my information. it is like they are ****** a child and then saying that they are happy to let the child remove evidence. Shame on them.

     

    I do demand that they remove ALL my information from their serverse as well as from the DarkNet. They should also pay me restitutioin for violating my privacy.

    They have stolen my information and then allowed it to be stolen and shared on the Dark Web. ************ has alerted me to it, and it is costing me a fortune to fix the damage

    I want all of my information deleted from their system.  I also want them to pay for credit monitoring for at least a year, because they had no right to collect my information and profit off it it.
