      Everything about working with this company is complex. The only form of communication available is email, which makes everything a long, drawn out, complex process. It would be super helpful if you could speak with a live person and simplify the process. It's like Cheeky is located in a black hole.

      I'd leave zero stars if possible. This company cheats people out of money, raises prices on renewing subscriptions without notifications and is trying to cheat consumers out of money. **************** claims complete innocence but I don't buy it. It took me more than 10 emails to get a partial refund on something. Never again will I do business with this company. Fair warning. Do not give this company your money.

      I have had GREAT DIFFICULTY getting my nightguard from this company. The first one did not fit and so I wanted to send it back only to find out there is a $17 restocking charge to return it so I tried an upgrade to a new hybrid guard. They did not send me a new kit to the imprint ***** I asked TWICE and then they did not give me a return label until I asked for it TWICE. Now it's been a month and I have not received the new nightguard. I was told it was going to ship in 3-5 business days on Sunday and now it has been beyond that I've gotten NO RESPONSE. There is no way to track my order and I am still without my nightguard.

      Have emailed too many times for an appointment I paid extra for only to get an email back about how theyll get back to in another business day, which they do not. Stay far away from this business, wish I did.

      Not a singlet actual person seems to work here except robots and AI, was sent the impression kit and paid extra for the tutorial appointment but absolutely no follow up. DO NO BUY FROM THEM!

      Buyer beware. Trouble from the start. Shipped my impressions back and didn't hear anything for weeks, then reached out and they said they'd send me a new kit and I waited a couple more weeks and nothing. Then when I asked for a refund they said there was a mistake and they found it and will get it processed and shipped right away. A couple weeks later finally got it. The guard was a good fit, I got the hybrid guard. However, within ***** days the hard part broke towards the back and separated from the soft part. I asked for a replacement and they said since it was over 30 days they couldn't help other than to charge and ship me another sooner than the subscription period. I immediately went into the portal and cancelled the subscription.

      Hi,The customer sent back their impressions to us on Feb 1st 2025 and we shipped out their night guard on February 10th which is within our 10 business day time frame. The customer used the guard for over a month and is now requesting a refund. As per our policy we cannot refund used products past 30 days. We were happy to send a replacement for a smaller fee.       I received a mouth guard from Cheeky that was way too tight. I gave it a week to see if it would get better, but it didn't. As such, I reached out to support to see about getting another mouth guard. They said they would "escalate" the issue and have someone get back to me. After waiting for several days with no contact, I decided to just return it. Immediately after apply for a refund I was contacted by the same customer service person who was going to escalate my issue ********** and told that she would process a return, not a refund. I said it was too late and that I wanted a refund instead now. She then cancelled my refund request and said I needed to fill it out again. By that time I had already used the return mailing label that they had sent me for my refund to send the mouth guard back. After I sent it, I looked up tracking and saw that it had previously been used for someone else's return a month prior. That made it impossible to track my return to them which seems very suspect. They said they wouldn't refund my account until they received the mouth guard back, but they sent a return label that had already been used and couldn't be tracked? Super suspicious at a minimum. Their business plan appears to be based on delay, delay, delay while charging clients for recurring ******* anyone reading this in the future and based on the overwhelming evidence of suspect business practices of this company, save your effort and just reverse the charges with your credit card company. Make sure to leave an honest review of your experiences as well so people can know what this company is all about.

      ordered an impression kit and upper/lower night guard. Got an email on 3.3 that my impression kit had shipped, it is now 3.19 and i have yet to receive it and the *** link has not been updated since the original email, it has told me all along *** does not have my package. cheeky is refusing to refund me my money because it is in transit or has not been delivered, how do we even know it is in transit when the *** link has yet to update and continues to show they are not in possession of the package. they have not even offered to send out another impression kit so i can send it back. Again going on THREE WEEKS with absolutely NO HELP from their customer service

      Disappointed. Longtime customer. Received renewal charge to credit card with increased price with no prior notification. After many emails they agreed to send Products due to me and cancel renewal. Seven weeks and more than 20 emails later and I STILL dont have the refund they promised. Each communication is like were starting over again and no one has read the last many emails. Refunds usually process within 24 hours with any other company. What is the holdup and confusion? I hope they arent scamming me. The whole thing is too bad because I like their product.

      The first time I ordered from this company it was fine. The second time I ordered from this company was a confusing mess.
      I ordered 11/14/24. Today is 1/14/25. I have not received my night guard. I've been very patient with this company, but I think I have mistaken a comedy of errors for a dysfunctional company.
      They've told me several times that they made a mistake and that they expect my mouthguard to ship very soon. When I inquired most recently, I was given a tracking number and was told it was delivered on December 18th, 2024. The tracking number is for an address in Florida. I live in Ohio and have never lived in Florida. What?
      This company seems to be in over its head. There's no customer service phone number and emails go days without being answered. Have you tried the customer support chat? I waited an hour before it disconnected me without ever speaking to anyone. If you are reading this review and you have not already ordered from them, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. There is a reason they are sitting on 14 one-star reviews on the BBB website.
