      I had to return these because they were so poorly made and strangely did not fit at all. As if they used someone else's mold to make them? I wrote and was told I could return them for a refund. I tracked the return, saw the day they were delivered to their front desk. Waited a week for my refund and finally wrote to inquire with a picture of tracking showing they had received them. I was told accounting would be contacted about this and I could expect to see my refund. A few days later I wrote again. I was told the same thing. Now another week has passed and still no refund. I wrote again today. Crickets. No one is responding and I'm realizing that not only was the night guard bad (I've been wearing nightguards for years and this was nothing like the ones I'm used to in quality. More importantly, as mentioned above, they did not even come close to fitting my teeth), but I'm also out of my money. Good advertising, but shady business.

      Been almost a year and only have bottom night guard when i purchased top and bottom. I started october 2023 its may 2024 and only have the bottom. Dont waste your time or money.

      Hi, Unfortunately we were not able to use the customer's upper impressions to make a night guard and we sent a replacement kit free of charge for them to retry.       I have given them 5 total impressions now. 2 have been lost in the mail according to them. 3 of them didnt fit at all. Finally asking for my money back. This has been a total joke.

      These were an ok solution when I wanted something better than the store-bought shape-with-hot-water guards. But that's all they are - marginally better. The guards are inconsistent. Sometimes I'll get a guard that doesn't fit in my mouth, even though I've been being sent guards consistently for over a year. I ask for a new one and it takes them a while to get me one. They also email SO MUCH. I decided to pause my subscription and then I received 3 more emails asking if something was wrong and if I wanted to pause my subscription. I responded to one and asked, "Isn't my subscription already paused?" and they responded that it was ... and then I got another email asking if I wanted to pause. They could do much better as a company if they had some sort of client portal on their site that let you track the progress of your orders and displayed how long you've been using your current guard. When I receive a new guard is just sort of a surprise at this point. Currently there is really no information on their website in general, and absolutely no way to see a status of your order except to email them. I've decided that I'm done spending money on sub-par products and will be biting the bullet to get a guard from my dentist. Let's see how many more times I'll get emails from them.
