    I got scamed by them as well! I called and asked them for all the details on renting a dumpster. Never once said a word about paying per pound. I paid the $287 which included my extra days that I paid for then my card was charged another $837 after they picked it up! I Called them and asked them why I was not told by the sales person about the 15 cents per lb charge. They said they tell people and record the conversation. I told them I wanted to hear it and they told me I would need to get a court order. They also told me if I dispute the charge they will put a lien on my house. I think they purposely do not tell you that you will also be charged by weight and they inflate the weight charge cost as well. This company needs some serious looking into!

    Do not use this company! I rented a 20yrd dumpster and they charged me ***** dollars after they hauled it away. They sent me a bill saying i had over ***** pounds in it. I gutted my 5x7 bathroom out and that did not include the cast iron tub. To put ***** pounds in perceptive I googled what a small SUV weights and it said 3500 to 4000 pounds. I'm very sure that I did not have a small SUV in my 5x7 bathroom. Do not use this company!

    I rented a dumpster from Liberty Dumpster Rental in March 2025. Their website prominently displayed a BBB Accredited Business badge and claimed a 5-star Trustpilot ratingboth of which are false. According to the BBB website, they are not accredited, and the Trustpilot rating is fabricated.The dumpster was dropped off by a third-party, not Liberty, and their "location" in ** is a shuttered warehouse with no public access.Their website said that the "Total cost" for my dumpster would be $350. After paying the initial invoice in full, Liberty attempted to charge my credit card an additional $400 for weight. This fee was never clearly disclosed, and no weight ticket was ever provided. I disputed the charge with my bank, and after the appropriate time and investigation, the funds were rightfully returned to me.Weeks later, Liberty began harassing me with threatening emails and texts, falsely claiming they would report me to credit bureaus or file a mechanics liendespite having no legal basis and not being registered with the Minnesota Secretary of State.This business appears to be engaged in systemic deceptive practices: misleading advertising, hidden fees, and intimidation tactics.

    NEVER AND NEVER RENT A DUMPSTER FROM THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE A LOT OF HIDDEN FEES. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TWICE AND END UP TO $1000.

    Surprise fees & unclear pricing hidden in the fine print. No weight ticket or receipt. They only ever use third parties to fulfill their services. Not even registered as a legal business in my state.Stay away and hire a real company.

    NEVER AGAIN!!!Please make sure you read the fine print. I don't like companies that trick their customers with the prices listed on their website. They had a special for a 30 yard dumpster for $295, I was like wow what an excellent price. I called and scheduled the delivery, they took my card info and charge my card for the amount listed. Usually when I rent a dumpster what they company charge upfront is the price it's will be, noooooooo.... A week later there was another charge for $773!!!! That's over a $1000, I've never paid over $600 for a dumpster of that size with more debris in it. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! This is a 3rd party company, do not use!!!

    They promised an early delivery. I had a full crew on the clock waiting 4+ hours for the delivery. Then i found out after the fact that in the fine print there is a $.15 per pound charge. This makes this "low cost " dumpster one of the highest cost. This is defiantly deceptive advertising. I will not recommend tis dumpster service

    I guess learned the hard way.Never ordered a dumpster before so i ordered a Liberty dumpster thinking this was a good deal. When the dumpster arrived it was from a different company. So I asked the the guy & he said..oh man I'm sorry, you ordered from someone in another state they don't even have an office here, we hate Liberty. He told me the dumpster I got from them is $395 out the door up to 5 tons & you get 7 days to load it up. Then $60 a ton over the 5 tons limit,liberty is the rental fee plus $20 a day and then $300 a ton or $.15 a pound for everything you put in it. So the bottom line is I got ripped off and charged double for the dumpster I could've ordered locally from the same company that brought the dumpster. Liberty made over $400 for a very inviting website & a few emails. I should've canceled the dumpster & ate the $250 cancelation charge.
