      I was assisted by ******* *******, and i have to say he was very well articulated with his words and his approach to different situations. If i had any questions he was able to answer to his best ability and to my understanding. I highly recommend this worker.

      All the 5 stars are likely bots or fraudulent. These people are predators and force you to make urgent choices under duress. Tried to tell me I missed a 6 month notice and was on my last day, made me feel like Id done something wrong, kept trying to get me to sign up on his tablet and that he NEEDED to see my bill, that their (idk who he was referencing) burning trash and causing health problems but then refused to give me any information or ways to reach out, accused me of not responding to notices we never received (because i keep files on any mail unless obvious trash adverts), and used a good old this is the last day, you HAVE to because we work for PECO which is 100% a lie. Dont fall for the fake reviews, they are a scam unless you WANT to pay 2-3x more after your special 12 month rateIf someone pushes you to take action with urgency, vaguely scary or intimidating tactics, wont give you time and wont give you any actual answers? Its a SCAM

      MPower energy helped provide me with the price protected rate that is going to help me save money over time on my electric and gas bill. I was provided not only knowledge but resources to expand my knowledge on renewable energy. Would recommend to any one of my family members or friends whos looking for long term savings.

      Do not sign with MPower Energy. The door to door sales people are not informed and share that your rate will be lower, however my bills have been increasingly more expensive. The charges start fairly minimally so you don't notice right away, but after a few months I started to notice that my supply charge was the same as my actual gas and electric charge, making my overall total double what it should be. I've compared the bills from previous years and they are 2-3 times more expensive. I've never left a review for a business, but feel ashamed I even opened the door to MPower and hope this will steer others away from making the same mistake.I never received a contract after signing and spoke with two unhelpful employees today when I asked about the charges. I hope the employees find more ethical ways to make money and the business goes bankrupt.
