    Horrible customer service. I cannot attend concert and I cannot get a refund, cannot sell tickets and cannot transfer. Which every other major seller allows. Which leaves fans screwed who have life events come up. Avoid, do not use. strictly for profit.

    I purchased tickets on May 3 and today is August 3. I became concerned when I did not see my tickets in the *** app. I searched for a purchase email confirmation with no luck. Since, I pre-ordered through ***, I reached out and they could not locate the purchase or tickets. I reached out to my Apple Card Support, and they helped me identify the transaction as Seated, ****** NY operating on CST time and being closed I left a message then found their website. There website offers Contact Support via email or text.I emailed them all the same information I provided *** and my credit card company and within 5 minutes received an email link to my purchase transaction and instructions. What a relief. Phewwwww! Thank You for being so Tech Savy. Also, saw instructions my tickets will be transferred to my *** account 2 weeks prior to the event. ***!!! www.support.seated.com Thank You **** at Seated.com
