    Outstanding service, value, and overall experience. The outdoor furniture we bought exceeded our expectations, and the white glove delivery was awesome. The furniture was delivered much quicker than our experience with other furniture sites. They put everything together exactly where we wanted, and made the whole process easy. Thank you!     I would absolutely use this service again, the unfortunate truth is the couch we ordered was almost twice the price in store, yes, the exact same couch. This was delivered to us free of charge and set up was included. Nothing was out of place and no issues whatsoever so ever with the whole process.

    I gave them the wrong delivery address and they tracked sown my order and got it to me ASAP. They took care of My stupid mistake. Excellent service. Great product. Highly recommend!

    We placed a $3100 order with 1 Stop Bedrooms for a power reclining couch and loveseat on June 15th. They called to verify our order soon after. The next day we received notice that our furniture was backorder and would ship on June 30th if we approved. I agreed to the backorder. A week later it updated the ship date to June 28th. On the 28th we received notice that our order had shipped and would arrive at the local shippers terminal between July 3rd and July 10th and they would contact us to setup delivery. On July 1st we received a call and text informing us that our order would be delivered on July 2nd between 11am and 3pm. They contacted us about an hour before arrival and again 15 minutes prior. Everything was unloaded, removed from the boxes and carried inside. We didnt know exactly how we wanted it positioned so we told the guys that we would handle final assembly and placement. They cleaned up and went on their way. This was a great transaction. I would definitely do business here again. The same furniture was $1300 more at the local ****** store with no delivery included.Definitely not a scam. Don't be deterred by the ******* ***** lawsuit she is a ***** anyway.

    Ordered 2 lamps that came more quickly than expected. They were packaged well and arrived with no damaged. The lamps are even better looking in person. 1 Stop made the purchase easy.
