I received a wheel chair that was not as described and then processed a return. Item was obtained according to tracking on June 12th at their return warehouse, and I have never received a refund. The total cost was ******, which, if the item had been the one pictured, I would have been happy, but the design was different, and they have never issued a refund. I had been getting responses from them initially working to get the return processed, but once the item was picked up, they soon turned off their website and stopped responding to phone calls, emails, or any attempts to contact them. I have left numerous phone messages and emails and have had no response. I need this refund terribly because I need a wheelchair. My current one is worn out and broken, and I have been waiting for this money to find one that has the features I need. Please help to get this resolved. I'm at a loss and desperately need someone to help me get my refund. My son did a good part of the communications and has provided files that I'm attaching. I ordered a new nebulizer from Medical Supply Depot order #******** on May 20, 2023 and paid $84.94 with tax and shipping. The nebulizer makes a noise and the tubing becomes very hot to the tough when the unit is on. I immediately emailed the company using the email address provided but after 5 days have received no reply. I also have tried calling but after ***** minutes no on answers my call. Just an automated voice saying well be with you soon, but they never answer.Initial Complaint

This company sent me a broken Rollator ******. I have called his company several times and sent numerous emails. They tell me to return it with a return merchandise authorization number, however, they will not give me one. The last guy named ***, told me to discard the rollator, myself and they would credit my moms card. That never happened. They have lied to me and will not refund my money. This Rollator was for my 90-year-old mother who is in the nursing home. A week later I was able to purchase one locally for the same price of $160. The medical supply depot needs to close their doors because theyre ripping people off. They knew the rollator was broken and most likely, had been used. ve spoken to agents twice who acknowledged the order and said they needed to follow up with the warehouse to verify the order was received, and they would get back with me. All they had to do was follow the ***** tracking number to know it was received back at their warehouse. To this day I have not heard back from them. I work in a nursing home in ********, I ordered a wheelchair for a resident and it has been almost a year that we have not gotten the product and kept being told it was on back order and now that we told them just cancel the order (almost 6 months ago) we have never received a refund so that we can purchase the resident a new wheelchair, this chair was over $1000. The resident paid for the chair with their own funds and has never got the chair and never got the refund. I placed an order on 9/14/22 (order # *******) for medically necessary in stock ************ and supplies totaling $421.25 under the impression the order will be shipped within 1-2 days as stated on their website. I received an email confirmation of this order upon payment. As of today 9/19/21 I have not received a tracking number or any communication regarding this order. I called customer service today 9/19/21 to inquiry about a tracking # and expected delivery date and was informed that the items I ordered which are stated as in stock on the website are on back order until 11/15/22. That is 2 months from the order date. This is highly unacceptable and deceptive business as these items are priority medical devices. I now have to wait according to Medical Supply Depot **** Business days for a refund when I could have spent my money elsewhere to insure a timely delivery of these necessary items instead of being mislead by false advertisement.
