    We have called on a claim for a patient no less than monthly and sometimes weekly. Claims go unpaid. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should anyone work with this company. It's constantly the same information. Unpaid.

    If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I have been trying to get written proof of termination of insurance from this company for 6 months . They give me the go around constantly . It will take ***** hours for a fax is their response every time I call . I cannot get my medications due to this issue or see the doctors . **************** is awful & something sketchy is going on or they would have no issue providing me with what I need .

    Actually not a 1-star but was required. The worst insurance I've ever had. Went for well check up Dec/2022. It's now Apr/2023 and they haven't responded to providers claims yet. They are difficult to get in contact with. No communication, no explanation of benefits. This should be illegal. I pay $400 month for this c***

    If I could give negative stars they would be -5 stars!!! Joke of a company with a joke of a website. Don't waste time calling because they will hang up or disconnect the call. This place should be shut down.
