      My experience with this place is nightmarish. Our main contact ************************* is simply put, a heartless terrorist that goes around harassing patients and their families for money when a rehab patient uses up the 100days of ******** coverage, ******** only partially pays for rehabilitation/long term care services, requiring ALL or half (only in some spousal cases) of the patients income to be paid to their health care facility. My family member was at *********** (***********) first which was FULL of patient neglect, transferred to Autumn Lake @ ********** which was a let down/not much better. ZERO stars (would not allow submission without star rating between 1-5) and SHAME on those who collect a paycheck for ruining lives.

      All part of ****** medical industry scam. This is a collection service that works for many of the Rehabilitation centers in **********.
