I purchased a home warrenty through Complete Care Home Warranty for term of 12/4/21--6/4/25. My hot water heater went out and when I went to call them the number was no longer in service. Shouldn't the business have contacted members and we should be reimbursed for remainder of the term. I received not even a letter.Initial Complaint

I purchased a 6 year Home Warranty in May 2021 from Complete Care Home Warranty (************************* | Senior Account Executive) after extensive research reflecting great reviews of this company. Now, when I need the policy for a refrigerator repair/replacement, their number is no longer in service (************************* or Company). Below is my confirmation from Complete Care Home Warranty after buying a 6 year plan with them for $2,250. Today I tried to call them to file a new claim and learned they went out of business, and had not contacted me about providing a refund for the 3.5 years of service remaining that I paid for upfront. Their website and phone number no longer work. They are obviously attempting to scam anyone who bought their plan. Please let me know how I can be refunded for this service asap. $2000 I paid . I bought 6 years home appliances warranty insurance contract with complete care warranty insurance with address is showing my sheet is **************************************************************************. Phone. *************.... I already paid 2000$ and copay is $45. Now I called them 9 months ago regarding my refrigerator not working properly. 9 months ago and complete care warranty didn't respond. I have no choice... I replaced refrigerator.. recently I have with Air-conditioned issues 4 months ago... and I did 800$. Work.....and I have problems with my electric stove and. I replaced with new stove I paid 825$... because warranty insurance company complete care warranty company did not existing now. I think.... they steel my $2000 and also I spend around ****$. . I should not spend **** this money because of thecomplete care ignorance... now I am financially broke because of the complete care home warranty is didn't do with contract insurance company did following did not... Paid fir services not received..I paid for a home warranty plan to span multiple years from 1-1-2022 to 1-1-2028 I tried to secure service on 12-30-2023 and found out company is out of business I have not received notification from company nor a refund for policy
