      April 6, 2021, I bought a 6 yr warranty from these crooks. I've had only one occasion to call them, it was a couple of weeks after they had my $. A uninformed, non-caring "repair" person came to our home & with spit & chewing gum got the machine working again. Now, nearly 3 years later, our whole-house water heater went out. I called "Complete Care Home Warranty" for them to sen--with 3 years still left in the contract with them, I need a plumber to replace our water heater. ----- BUT their phone # is dead. Their email address is no longer 'recognized' so it bounces back to me. -- So we're out $2,100. ---- Complete Care Home Warranty is a scam.

      COMPLETE HOME WARRANTY harasses me all day, every day. I purchased a plan from a different company, but CHW calls from early morning until night; you can't block them because they call from many different numbers. I have politely asked them to stop calling, I have told them to take me off their call list, I have told them I have a policy, I have screamed at them, STOP! They won't. Complete Home Warranty, I want you to know that I would not purchase your plan BECAUSE of your endless harassment and refusal to listen.As far as the other plan--I won't. name them--but when my furnace went out--something I was told was covered--they denied coverage. Why? I don't know. They sent a letter explaining, but it was a song and dance that made no sense. So, I paid ***** out of pocket for a new furnace plus almost three years of monthly policy payments. Hardly worth it. Are any of them trustworthy? I do not know. I wish BBB would tell us. Or someone would make them pay.

      I purchased a policy with complete care home warranty.********** to 9-1-2025. I cannot reach them, and I need some repairs complete. The company is a scam and I want my money back. They owe me $1310.

      I received a check from CCHW for $299. Saying that my home warranty with **************. Veterans United was canceled and I had to renew. I took the check to my Bank, but they said it was not a valid check. They heard the Company was a fraud. They are tricking people into thinking they are affiliated with **************.

      Received an unsolicited claiming my property's home warranty "may be expiring or may have already expired." I do not have, nor ever had, a home warranty. The envelope was designed to look like a tax form, with the words "Final Notice." The inside contained what appeared to be a check, but it had no routing or bank account data, making it worthless. The document was clearly designed to confuse individuals, such as senior citizens and people with limited English skills.

      I got 6 year warranty for $1800 (paid 450 for 4 months) in around mid 2021. Now when I am calling it seems they are out of business. How can I get my money back. They cannot just run like this. Is there a lawsuit against them?

      I purchased a policy with complete care home warranty.4-11-2021 to 8-21-2026. Can not reach them. They owe me ******. Well they are out of Businness.

      This company is a scam. Took over 3k from **, to cover home warranty. Every time I called them, it was unresponsive. Found out that they have been "sold to another company". This is a complete bogus scam, and I am taking criminal action against them in order to get my money bacl
