    Exceptional Service and Professionalism from Start to Finish I had a truly great experience working with Homery LLC. From the very beginning, their team was attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right solution for my needs. They communicated clearly, delivered on every promise, and showed a level of care thats rare these days.What stood out the most was their honesty and dedication to customer satisfaction. I never felt pressuredjust supported by a knowledgeable team that knew what they were doing. Everything was completed on time and with excellent quality.I highly recommend Homery LLC to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.     This is by far the worst company I've ever interacted with & would strongly advise that you purchase from any other store on the entire planet than them. I made the mistake of ordering a stove from their store and after two months, I not only never received the stove, but had been charged for it & all of my tickets requesting updates about the purchase were also marked complete despite it never having been delivered. In speaking with store employees, they accidentally put me on their internal comms where they clearly stated their annoyance with me for following up about the delivery and went from trying to downplay their errors to then trying to say they're sorry once I was on their internal comms to then offering me a refund for the item for all of the issues to then saying it would only be 50% to then finally letting me speak to the manager (who up until 5 hours between all the calls I had to endure suddenly existed) to say it's only 5% & that they'd see me in court when I said I'd be following up with reviews about how awful this experience was. I say with the strongest words that this company is a sham and shouldn't be trusted & I'd never EVER shop with them again. I have screenshots & vocal recordings of this interaction, all of which took place in **.

We sincerely regret that the customer had such a negative experience with our company, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond and clarify the situation.First and foremost, we apologize to the customer for the delay and the frustration they experienced during their order process. We understand how important timely communication and reliable service are, especially for major purchases like a stove. It is never our intention to cause inconvenience.According to our records, there was a breakdown in communication and a delay in delivery that clearly did not meet our standards. While we strive to provide accurate and timely updates to our customers, we acknowledge that in this instance, the customers expectations were not met, and we fell short of the service level we aim to provide.Upon being made aware of the issue, our team attempted to rectify the situation through a refund offer. However, we recognize that the resolution process was confusing and did not bring about a satisfactory outcome for the customer. We are especially concerned to hear that the customer may have inadvertently received internal communications and felt disrespectedthis is not absolutely the experience we aim to provide, and we take this very seriously.We are currently conducting a full review of the transaction and associated communications. If any further steps can be taken to resolve the matter with the customer directly, we are fully committed to doing so and welcome a continued dialogue to ensure the customer feels heard and supported.We appreciate feedback, even when it is critical, as it helps us grow and improve our services.     Had a great experience purchasing for a 6 Unit Building in *********. After lengthy discussions, we decided on a great appliance package for the building. Very helpful sales team and customer service. Shipped us top of the line units, will be using again for future projects.
