I made an appointment to see a car and after driving for an hour and a half I was denied. The car was on a rack in their garage. I spoke to the manager who promised me that he would rectify the situation and call me on Monday. This call never came. I called them no less than 6 times and left messages and never received a return call. Yet the continued to send text messages and emails to entice me to return. I even replied a couple times to try to find out if the car I was interested was still there. No answer. I informed them that I was no longer interested in dealing with them because my calls, emails and text messages were ignored. I received a text message from them stating that they have placed me on their do not contact list. I'm still received emails. This is on the heals of me telling them that I was going to file harassment charges against them. They are in my opinion, the worse dealership that I have ever dealt with.

Buyers Beware, My experience with this Brooklyn VW dealership was truly disappointing. Their marketing practices are deceptive, although the salesman described them as CREATIVE.They appear to be price gouging !!!Whatever price youre formally quoted, Will quickly change upon your arrival. They increased the price by THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, Then claim the lesser price to be their website pricing. Buyers please Beware of what appears to be fraudulent sales practices at this Brooklyn VW dealership.

I was interested in your 2020 Range Rover Velar and trading in my current Range Rover Sport to help offset some of the cost. ****** reached out and I gave her all my vehicle information which included pics, current maintenance paperwork, vin number and all corresponding information. Then I was switched over to ******* and started over giving the same information. Just to be switched over to Nafeeza to YES start over by sending all vehicle info again. I then called 4 TIMES all their extensions but no voicemail, it just kept ringing. I jumped online to see the reviews and it appears that others have had similar experiences with lack of follow up.I reached out through face book and still no response. As a business owner I can say that I Definitely don't feel l my business is important. They are now closed now with NO follow up. They are close Sunday and Monday is a holiday. I was excited and you definitely took that away from me. I dont take time to give negative feedback but I am hoping you see this and use this as a teaching tool to do better. In Good Health, ****************

I think BV is probably the biggest scammers. I found a used vehicle via a website thru my financial institution. When I arrived the salesperson showed me the car but he had no intentions of letting me test drive until we spoke about the numbers.Interestingly enough, if I was paying cash in hand or using my own lender the price is an automatic $2K more because as he was kind enough to explain the dealership only makes money if the customer finances thru them. Also he explained that the $3,995 reconditioning fee is the fee that they charge in order to get the car ready for sale (so something they have to do anyways). This somewhat confused me because there was also a Prep fee of $1,995 which I'm not sure what that fee is for, moving on there was also and ADMIN fee of $1,749 and last but not least a MARK-UP fee of $2K that would be a grand total of $9,739 thats almost 10k additional when the price posted of the vehicle ******. The salesperson seemed to be surprised at my shock of these fees and asked me if I knew what it cost to run a dealership in ***, he also said that if he posted the actual price of the car that he would get no leads to the store. Either way it seemed besides inappropriate, seemed completely wrong and perhaps maybe illegal but i am not sure what would be considered illegal business practices.

Back in 12/23/2023 I inquired about a car at this dealership and they told me the car is available for sale even though I found out later on that it was not.The sales lady asked me to submit a credit app and told me that the car is available. I did. After 10 mins she called and said that the car is not available.I asked her if they ran my credit and she said no we didn't. Today 3/3/2023 I checked my credit report and realized they IN FACT DID RUN MY CREDIT. I know have a hard inquiry on my report for no reason. They completely lied about the fact that they have the car on purchase pending. They are total scammers.
