      On 4.21.2025 Brooklyn Volkswagen refinanced my car and assisted me with getting an another bank to finance my car. I paid $3600 as down payment. Brooklyn Volkswagen was suppose to pay Volkswagen bank for the car. They did not. Volkswagen did not receive a payment or notification of payment. As of today Volkswagen bank is telling me I owe them for two months. It will be three months on 6.25.2025. I called Brooklyn Volkswagen several times but Ive been getting the run around. A customer service rep ******* completed all my paper work. I called him and he told me he cant help me because its above his pay grade. I have contract that show that Brooklyn Volkswagen bought the car. Please see contact attached.

      I brought my car in for repairs. It was diagnosed, and the end result was an assurance that the issue will be resolved once I paid. I paid and the car still had the same issue. I was told to drive it around and it will eventually reset right. Two months later nothing has changed. When I brought it back they realized there were other things that they're now letting me know would cost me an additional $1200. Please help

      I went to Brooklyn ********** to purchase a pre owned vehicle. I had 6 months remaining on my ************ lease of a ***** Silverado. I paid the remainder of the lease off into my new payments and was told they were going to buy my Silverado out from ************. This was on January 11, 2025. I was told by ****** ******* in finance to stop my auto pay and they would handle everything. ** financial has been calling me 5-6 times per day and my credit score has dropped significantly since January. I contacted the dealership several times through phone and email. I was constantly told its being handled. March 21, ****** ******* told me he would personally make sure it gets handled and issue will be resolved. This was after the sales manager told me it may have been sold without a title. *** ****** then told me he would call me back in 30 minutes. That was on March 15, 2025 and never returned my call. I have sent 3 more emails to ****** ******* because he is the only person that called me back once. I am liable for this truck and they refused to give it back to me even though I am responsible for the payments and buyout or return of vehicle. The vehicle is never at the dealership. It is always driving around the NYC boroughs which I can still track through my GM app. They are very poor businessmen and did not complete their end of the bargain which now I am responsible. I want to find an attorney but do not know what attorney to go to. I have called a few at which they say they never handled a case such as this. Please help!!! Buyout is approximately $33,000 Lease remainder was $3240.

      In 2023, I bought a VW Taos from Brooklyn Volkswagen. On February 26, 2024, I returned to purchase a 2024 ********, trading in my Taos. I signed the purchase agreement, made payment, and was told Id be driving my new vehicle off the lot within 30 ********** of today, March 26, I still do not have the vehicle. I was informed of a system error with the *** but have received no clear or consistent explanation. I transferred my insurance to the new vehicle, which left the traded-in Taos uninsured and immobilenow sitting in my garage, taking up a $400/month parking space I cant use.Since the purchase, Ive been paying: $748.25/month car note for the new Atlas, $575/month for insurance, $400/month Parking Garage for the unusable Taos, Nearly $2,000 out of pocket for a rental vehicle.Despite repeated requests, the dealership has not offered a loaner, compensation, or anything in writing. Ive been given vague responses and shuffled between staff.Ive contacted the dealership almost daily, requesting updates, documentation, and reimbursementall denied. I was told via text that I would be reimbursed after receiving the vehicle, but nothing has been honored or put in writing. *** also contacted several consumer attorneys, including those referred by the Brooklyn ***************, but none have been able to assist. We have also filed a complaint to the ****** seeking immediate delivery of the vehicle, and reimbursement for:The car payments made while the vehicle was undelivered, Insurance costs during this period, My monthly parking fee, Rental car expenses, Parking tickets incurred on the rental due to being told to street park (with written confirmation via text by ** salesman that theyd reimburse us).This ordeal has caused financial hardship and emotional distress for our family. Im simply asking to be treated fairly and to be compensated for the costs Ive unfairly incurred due to the dealerships failure to deliver the vehicle.

      While we have received the car, we have not received the promised reimbursements, the compensation they guaranteed us to make up for the delay of the car delivery (over one month delay).

      I bought the vehicle that I was leasing for three years on December 14 2024 and I paid cash for it. The problem is that the Volkswagen ****************** havent been pained and now I own more money to them. The vehicle was paid in full in December 14, 2024. I want them to pay in full Volkswagen ****************** so I can get the title on my vehicle.

      I have been dealing with Brooklyn Volkswagen, ***********************************************, for 1.5 years regarding the repair of my 2005 Volkswagen Touareg. I initially contacted them on September 12, 2023, to address issues with my car, which they confirmed after running a diagnostic on September 21st. I entrusted them with the vehicle, paid $5,000 for repairs, and was assured it was in good working order. However, communication was extremely poor, requiring numerous calls to reach *****, the assistant, and later ****, the manager, both of whom were unresponsive and vague.After 7 months of delays, I finally got my car back in March 2024, but in April, the engine failed again. I sought a second opinion, but no other mechanic would touch the car due to concerns about the work done by Brooklyn **. Left with no choice, I returned the vehicle to them for further repairs. Since then, Ive received no updates despite countless attempts to contact **** and the General Manager.Ive repeatedly requested they stop working on the car and issue me a refund, as I no longer trust their services, but Ive been ignored. Its now January 16, 2025, and my vehicle is still in their possession. Ive paid for insurance throughout this time, further compounding my financial losses.This is my second VW, and while I loved my first, this experience has been the worst. Poor communication, unprofessionalism, and failure to deliver have left me frustrated and without a car. Research revealed Brooklyn Volkswagen was brought to court in 2022 for similar complaints, which reinforces their pattern of negligence which can be publicly viewed in the BBB website.I am requesting a full refund of $5,000 and the immediate return of my vehicle. I also urge others to avoid this business due to their history of poor service and unresolved issues.

      I tried purchasing a car for 2 weeks Got passed around by 3 salespersons at the dealer and even the manager and financial manager Wasnt given the correct wiring information which I think is a major mistake on their end and was also told to come pick up car January 2nd but its not ready and they havent been helpful at all, no professionalism on their end Car was not even ready to go Not serviced or detailed

      Paid to diagnose and fix vehicle. The vehicle had wrong diagnosis because repairs based on the diagnostic did not fix the vehicle. Said vehicle has been in the shop for over 30 days. Part that was not needed was ordered , that order took several weeks to arrive. wire overlay was done instead of finding the faulty wire. Vw of Brooklyn could not re-program the vehicle, basically they could not fix it, so the vehicle was sent o the local Jeep dealership. Vw of Brooklyn did not and could not fix the vehicle so they should not charge me. They should have let me know that they were unable to re-program it from the beginning and referred me to the Jeep dealership. I went to VW of Brooklyn because they were the ones who sold me the preowned vehicle Approximately 30 before the jeep had electrical issues.
