      This is the absolute worst medical facility I have ever been to. I am stunned at how this place operated and convinced the reviews are fake/left by management.I saw two different doctors here. Dr. **** said incredibly insensitive, non-self aware, misogynistic, nasty things to me and Dr. ********** is insanely unpleasant. No smiling, no bedside manner, just a rushed appointment as if you being there is somehow bothering her or inconveniencing her. Then Dr. **** calls me with test results and tells me to call her back and I spend an hour getting transferred from desk to desk without ever speaking to her. Unnecessarily anxiety-inducing. Nothing they do here is with any actual care in mind, at all.The worst part is that I shared this with the manager, ******** who gave me some boilerplate response, not actually actionably addressing a single one of my concerns. The entire operation is a recipe for poor health care and trauma. I would not crawl to this place if I was dying down the street.

      Dear BBB,Thank you for forwarding this concern.We were surprised to see this complaint, as we have been in ongoing communication with the patient regarding her experience. We spoke directly and have also been corresponding via email to address her concerns. Based on those conversations, we believed the matter had been resolved to the patients *************** fact, the patient has since scheduled an appointment with a different provider at another one of our locationsan option we discussed and mutually agreed would better meet her needs and preferences moving forward.We remain committed to providing compassionate, respectful care and take all feedback seriously. We are happy to continue supporting the patient and welcome further dialogue if she has any additional concerns.

      I was scheduled for a Root Canal and when I got there I was told the service is not do e at that office. I was then referred to another dental office which was closed and does not perform the service. I called ***** at Century Dental who keeps giving me the run around and and scheduled me for an appointment on 7/28/24. I call to confirm new appointment and there is no existing visit. ***** now tells me I have an appointment for August 6th which is scheduled for a cleaning. Too much ****** and ***** is full of excuses and you can never speak to a manager. Worst place ever. I'm took 2 days off from work for these appointments that don't exist.Worst customer service ever.

      DO NOT GO THERE!! BEWARE! ZERO STAR! I had a HORRIBLE treatment and experience by the management and billing! They own me approximately $300 for overcharging me since 2022 until today July 13th I have not received my refund, after many attempts to get my money back they still haven't returned it. I often called and went there and asked for my credit back and they ignored my requests, on my last time at the ********** office I lost my patience and started yelling then the manager ***** instead of returning my money called the police to take me out of the office. It's a scam, I think they might do that to other patients without their knowledge, I only found out they had overcharged me because my health insurance sent me a letter. I went to this clinic because it's convenient locations but the overbooking and long wait was a problem too. I will file a complaint at small courts.

      If I could give zero stars I would. They are extremely disrespectful and racist against black people. The manager at 200 ********** is a racist and all of their front desk staff. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They need to shut down.

      Do not have a problem with my doctors, however the administrative side are criminal. They stole my co- payment. On March 10, 2023 after waiting 2 hr for my appt. I left. They claimed to have refunded my $10 co-pay. After 18 day, I contactedt my bank to learn they have not refunded my money. I go to the office ******* insisted I was refunded. I showed her the receipt they provided was erroneous. She then stated they provided the wrong receipt but couldn't provide the corrected refunded receipt. Once again I advised my bank stated they had not received the refund. I'm still here waiting to be refunded. I was told wait 20 minutes is been now 25 minutes and I'm being told yet again by ******* that she's on her way she'll be here 20 minutes. I will be following up with my insurance carrier, at this point I wouldn't be surprised if they billed for a service not provided. Unfortunately, they have 120 days to commit this fraud. I will stay on top to make sure. They do not submit that bill because I would then file Insurance fraud claim.

      I had a 12/8/22 Aat 4:15pm on 11th Ave location. I arrived and waited for 30 minutes, after not receiving an update on a delay I asked reception about how much longer. I was told that they needed to speak to the dentist. I waited 5 more minutes to find out the dentist would need another 15 minutes.1 hour delays do not just occur, they occur throughout the day. A phone call notifying me that the doctor is running late would have been better appreciated.Especially because I saw the front staff berate a seperate medical patient for being "too late" to his appointment while I was waiting.I asked for a new appointment and they could not accommodate me until January 2023.This place is terrible!! Poor front staff. Poor customer service. I can tell they are short staffed on dental hygienists.
