    I placed an order for a package of bulbs from this online business. The transaction receipt came through from an email from gateway transactions. The order was placed on 8/28/23. I have not received the order and when I track my order via their site it continually says in progress. I needed the bulbs when I ordered them and had to buy them elsewhere. I sent emails, left phone messages and texted a number listed for texting. I requested my order be cancelled so I do not receive a charge down the road. They have zero customer service. They do not answer their two phone numbers. They do not respond to messages. My fear is that months from now they will process the order and bill me and I will have no recourse to return the items and get a credit because they have nonexistent customer service or available contact. I believe the business may be fraudulent. I need to know how to cancel my order.

    Order placed and confirmed 5/23/2023, $367.20. Product has not been received and multiple attempts have been made to contact the company regarding status and/or cancellation. Status update emails to vendor sent 6/14/2023 & 7/24/2023. Calls both with and without messages to vendor on 7/31/2023 & 7/24/2023. Also a text sent on 7/24/2023. With no response I need to cancel the order, but cannot find a way to do so when I am not getting a call back. Website indicates that I need to call or email to initiate a cancellation or return.

    On April 17, 2023, I ordered 20 light bulbs via their website for a total price of $51.59. The order number is #*********. The order confirmation said they would notify me when the order has shipped. I followed up to check shipment on April 24 and there was no response. On May 6 I followed up to ask that the order be cancelled and any charges be refunded.

    Ordered lights from bulbs 2 u on February 25, have not received bulbs, they will not respond to e-mails asking for a refund

    I ordered a high-pressure sodium light bulb on-line from this company on 10/26/2022 at a total cost of $22.99. I received a "transaction receipt number *********" indicating the credit card used was charged. The order confirmation email indicated I would receive an email with shipment information and tracking number. After several days with no update received I called and left a message with contact information , requesting a status update. After several calls with no response I sent an email to ******************************* asking for an update. I did not receive a response. I called several more times and left messages, and when I still got no response I forwarded the original email with another request for a status update on 11/11/2022. Still receiving no response I left another voice message on 11/14/2022 indicating that I was going to contact my credit card company to have the charge reversed. I contacted the company on 11/14/2022 and explained the situation and requested the charge reversal (LL Bean Mastercard) - I was advised it could take ***** days to complete.

    Ordered 20 yellow bulbs (Sunlite ***** PL13/BUG ********** 2-Pin Single) for $161.60 on September 13, 2022. Received a confirmation email with a *** number (#******************). However, no shipping has been done on that number. The company has not responded to my inquiry by email. Two phone calls from me have gone to a guy's voice mail box. His voice message doesn't even identify whom I'm calling. Given my experience and that of others, the company seems fraudulent.

    I purchased 4 light bulbs from *********** on 07/10/22. I got a confirmation email and and receipt email. I waited until the 18th to send them an email asking for any update. I hadnt received the shipping email yet. I got no response from them but I waited until the 22nd to email again. Ive still heard nothing from them and have received nothing in the mail. I started checking into the website and reviews and saw a bunch of people scammed by them. They stole credit card info and charged peoples cards later. I havent received anything from them or any response to my emails. I even tried messaging them on their ******** page and have gotten no response. Im worried about all my personal Information now taken and everyone else they are doing thine too. I found their website from a ****** search. It wasnt a link or from any social media site.
