    I ordered bulbs on 5/6/2023 and have not received any email saying they have shipped. I sent and email and it was not replied to. I called and got a voice recording. My credit card was billed at the time of order. I will be reversing the charge with my cc company.

    Ordered several bulbs online nearly a month ago -- got an email confirmation right away. I've left two voice mail messages asking for an update on when I'll receive the bulbs -- no response. I'm starting to wonder if they are just stealing credit card info!

    Saw their website on Amazon and placed an order. I quickly received a standard reply that I would be notified when my order was shipped. I never heard back from them. I emailed and called them several times which they avoided.Apparently, they just cancel any order when their product isn't available without having the courtesy to inform the customer.This business is a disgrace and should be closed up.

    I ordered bulbs on 1/2/2023 and have not received them. There have been no emails from company stating they have been shipped. A phone call and email have not been returned. I plan on asking credit card company for a refund. Buyer beware.
