  There is much to cause alarm about the integrity of this company.I placed the order and my credit card was charged immediately.Then came the emails stating that there was one thing after the other causing delays in receiving the product.I have lived in my home for almost 4 decades. My CC billing is the same address. Eventually, I informed them after many failures to deliver the paid-for item that I would not be at my home when they stated it would be delivered.They agreed to ship to my vacation address. Once again the promised deliveries were not being fulfilled. After three weeks on vacation, no delivery.Finally, I contacted them via email, THERE IS NO HUMAN TO TALK TO EVER!!I notified them that I was returning home. They then sent the package to my home.I received an email last week that the bonus sponges refills were being mailed. They were sent to the location where I was on vacation. After e-mailing, NO HUMAN CONTACT EVER, I notified them that they mistakenly sent the package to the wrong address.Now one would think that considering the patience which I demonstrated during their dysfunctionality, I would not get a combative and unprofessional response from these people, but the rude person kept the battle of words telling me that it was shipped to ********** because that was my address of the original order?? I then responded that could not be the fact since my order was placed way prior to even planning on going to **********. SHOCKINGLY THIS COMPANY THAT IS SENDING UNSOLICITED EMAILS TO ME FOR INVESTMENT, SENT YET ANOTHER REBUTTAL STATING THAT ON JANUARY 3RD WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER I USED THE ********** ADDRESS WOW! WOW!I had no plans to go to ********** in Jan. **** said, I warn anyone thinking of engaging business with this company, that at best a kitchen table business would not be this bad and sloppy.The worst is that they take time to keep writing to dispute that I used ********** as the address when placing my order. NEVER AGAIN

  I have used the ** Stimulator for two years. I do have a few questions.1. Where exactly do you place the sponges? 2. The wet sponges and the headband make my hair look horrible. Is there any way to help?3. How can you wear glasses while wearing it? Thank you. I would like a photo os where you place them on the sides of your head.

  I ordered this unit that was supposedly a special deal in Dec 2022. I was told it was ship in 5 to 7 business days. I was even given a serial number to my device. After waiting and asking over and over again, where is my product, I had at least five emails give me different shipping days after I have paid for the device. The last shipping date never happened and thats when I contacted PayPal because this company will tell you one thing and then try to send you another product which is not the one that you originally ordered that was supposedly be on sale and so now I have to after waiting months had yo cancel my order and figure out something to assist me. Horrible experience. Instead of relieving my stress with a device, they caused more stress just with the overall non-transaction.

  I’ve had depression and anxiety my entire adult life and have tried about half a dozen antidepressants and other pharmaceuticals, as well as therapy, but have never found anything that really works. The intensity waxes and wanes. I decided to purchase the Stimulator when I was going through an extremely rough patch of anxiety and panic attacks, with mild depression and terrible insomnia. I was desperate for anything to help. I researched the item well and read tons of reviews. Sadly, I used it dutifully for about a month and I had no improvement in any of my symptoms. In fact, it seemed to worsen my insomnia and anxiety. My brain felt “wired” - that’s the best way I know how to describe it. I tried it at different power levels and it made no difference. I also had intermittent dizziness and headaches. I read on a blog written by a medical doctor that these sorts of stimulators may in fact not mix well for patients who are dealing with adrenal fatigue syndrome, and I do wonder if that might apply to me. I am very sad because I so wanted this to work. The customer service was very prompt and told me my effects were not commonly seen and agreed to send me the return label immediately. I am still waiting for my refund, but it hasn’t been 5 weeks yet. As another review stated, take this all with a grain of salt, but just know that some people do have paradoxical reactions. Im thankful for the gracious return policy so I could at least give it a shot.
  I am leaving a review here because I can’t seem to figure out how to do so on the official product website. I do wonder if they are limiting who can review the product there to filter out potentially negative marks, but I could be wrong.

  I was hoping for the best, and have ended up with the worst. As others have stated this either works well, it only causes more problems. After trying this for as long as I could stand it, I never had my insomnia relieved, and my depression never got better. And now after returning it I have headaches all the time. And after almost 3 months after getting this contraption, I still have not received my money back. I personally wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

  This device has completely changed my life. Its lifesaving; however, only when it works. Which I need my mental health to be stable all of the time and not only work when the Device allows! Thats not fair. Ive been through this with their customer service team several of times about the replacement wires and how cheaply made they are and how expensive they are. I am a struggling single mom with 3 kids and a $600 investment shouldnt have to cost me another $50 every single month! And the oversized sponges they send are ridiculous. I give up..

  I used the Fisher Wallace stimulator as directed for almost 30 days. I didnt get any improvement in anxiety or sleep. I did get headaches even after lowering the intensity, pains in my skull where the sponges go, and I think it made me more dizzy. Ive read just about every review. I would say take them, even mine, with a grain of salt. I read one review and the person stated they were off their antidepressant and benzodiazepine at the 4 day ***** I really find that hard to believe! It was worth a try but in the end, I returned the equipment for a full refund. I just sent it back today so Ill expect the refund in 5 weeks time as their website reports. I will say their customer service is very helpful and their return policy is great! I hope you have good results.

  This really works for me, but I downgraded from 5 stars for poor design. The wires are fragile and I've replaced ($50 each time) four times. I've had it for years, but only get a few months usage because of wires breaking. Then I put it away for months (sometimes a year or more) till I can tolerate ordering the wires again. I feel cheated and angry at this constant problem. I've ordered spiral wire protectors from amazon and they help a bit. A $600 investment that works as it should except for the fatal flaw of inferior wires. AND very expensive to replace.

  Works well, only 5 days in. I would not give it back. I called their tech support line after hours on a Friday, not realizing it was 7pm there, and a helpful woman answered immediately.
