      From all appearances this company is a total scam. They take orders and then fail to deliver the product. It is impossible to connect with them on the phone and then they will leave feeble emails or text messages with empty promises. It is too bad that any business like this is allowed to stay in business. DO NOT purchase anything from these grifters.

      Please stay far away from this company. The owner is a complete scammer. He has been in trouble multiple times throughout his life for scamming people and companies. We ordered machinery weeks ago and the company/ individual has gone completely silent. We received a phone call after the order was placed and that was the last time we ever heard from someone. We're at over a 10k loss for this. If the owner thinks I'm dropping this, he has another thing coming for him. I have been in touch with multiple government agencies to make sure this scammer is put where he belongs.

      The customer took payment, sent us a receipt for both items puchased. All seemed fine until we just NEVER received the 2nd item. Purchased a ****** time ******* and ink ribbons for it.we received the ribbons ($25) and never the machine ($700) I have been calling and emailting them going back to 2022. Just a few weeks ago, they were (Looking into it) and I still have not heard a single thing back.As a company representative , DO NOT DO BUISNESS with this company. 0 stars.I have all the website transcripts, the emails, and the invoicing chain from the original purchase.UPS LABEL READS, ***************************************************************

      Do not do business with this fake company, they will be more then willing to help you, and require payment up front, then they disapear and will not take calls. They also have a third party answering service, no customer support, nor will ******* or ***** their only 2 people it seems running the business answer any calls, stay clear of this place.
