      I ordered a purse from Rebag on February 15, 2023. I also paid a $50 expidited shipping fee. I have called several times to check on the item because I have yet to get a tracking number. Each time I call, I am told that they have to contact the shipping department or there was a issue with shipping and its about to be shipped.. still nothing. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and ** told one is not available and they dont know when one will be available.

      Good morning. This client did open an account with us 3 months ago. But they haven't purchased anything from us. If you are able to please provide an order number or a different email used to purchase with us we will certainly help sort this out promptly.

      Sent a bag in for review. They told me Id have it approved within 3-4 days. Bag was sent in Dec 23rd its now January 9th and theres no update. They wont give me a timeframe, nor my funds. My bag was worth a lot of money, and it feels as if this is a scam at this point.

      I wish I could give this business half a star. They quoted me a price for my purse and when they received it they said after a couple of days that the bag was separating. I submitted video evidence of my bag prior to them receiving it. It had no separation. They shipped my bag back damaged and didnt even respond to the email or video showing a rarely worn purse. I now have to get this bag repaired. I wish I never heard of this business. Avoid at ALL cost!!!

      Came across rebag after doing research online, exploring the idea of selling one of my bags. I chose this site because 1. How easy & convenient 2. You get immediate appraisal of bag (following their very detailed criteria, explaining what kind of wear & tear is acceptable for each condition) 3. It was easy and convenient to swap my bag and not have to ever exchange money or anything, send in one & get another back; it was too good to be true. Today I get an email that my bag is now appraised at $1,235 when originally was $1,510. Immediately went to chat support and the rep then told me he saw the appraisal value at $1,145; at this point Im just frustrated. I am very confident in my generosity when selecting the condition of my bag, the last thing I wanted was to make a trade deal & then get notified that my bag is not worth the value that was agreed upon. In fact, when I first did the appraisal, I set the value higher but after reading their criteria and literally looking at my bag, I chose a lower condition level to ensure this would not happen. Even with the fair condition I choose, I had enough credit to trade in + get replacement bag for no charge, I believe I was even supposed to have left over credit on my account.I tried to call *** number, all I want to know is WHY the value of my bag got marked down. I understand this may happen through appraisal, which is the only thing I got repeatedly told by any/all customer service rep; all I want to know is simply why/what caused that?What did I miss while I did my inspection on the bag that your inspection caught; and from there I would feel way more comfortable making my decision to either keep the bag with ********** pay out of pocket $300 for something that was supposed to cost me $0) or ask for my bag back and go through the works of selling it privately for a few hundred more. No one could provide me with specific details on my bag, which I find truly incredible.
