      This is the first time I sell my luxury item to rebag. I submitted and accepted offer 12/20/23 and item was delivered 12/21/23 a week later they finally sent me an email on 12/28/23 that they received my item. Their policy said after the received my item I should be paid within 2-3 business days. Today is Jan/09/24 I have not heard anything from them. Tried calling them everyday no answers, use the chat no response, email no response. This is the worse nightmare with rebag. They have no customer service to response any concerns or questions.My item was Louis ******* *******. It is not cheap. I need the company to step up and escalate my concern. Or just send my item back to me. Do not do any business with rebag overall.

      No Authentication code was found on product, despite the posting having one. When I looked up the code from posting it said it was made in ******, despite the bag stating it was made in *****. I really thought this was trustworthy company but clearly it is not.

      THIS SITE IS FAKE I HAVE ***** OF THSI I BOUGHT A ***** BAG AND HAD IT CHECKED OUT AND IT CAME BACK FAKE I SENT THE ***** OF THIS AND THEY ARE GOING TO SAY IS NOTHING THEY COULD DO THIS SITE NEED TO BE TAKEN DOWN OR MADE TO TELL THE CUSTOMERS THATS ITS FAKE STUFF AND LET THEM CHOOSE TO BUY IT AT THERE OWN DISCRETION.

      Oh boy, oh boy, I wish I would have looked here for a reference before dealing with Rebag. I got scammed by Rebag. On July 28, 2023, I accepted an offer from Rebag to purchase my Louis ******* *** bag. Let me state up front there were no dark stains on the bottom of the bag when I sent it to Rebag. After I accepted their quote of $680 which I thought was low cause for the condition of the bag I could have gotten $800, however Ive accepted their offer. I sent the bag to them yesterday and on Aug 2 they sent and update. That they regret to inform me that the bag was rejected due to it not being within their internal guidelines. So, they sent a bag back but not the bag I sent. This bag looked different not real and it came with dark stains on the bottom of the bag. FYI, I was also set to send the bag to Fashionphile but their offer was a little lower. However, *** bought bags that are no longer in production at Louis ******* and Ive sold bags to them no problem at all. Rebag is scamming the customer into sending in their real bag but rejects and sends back a fake bag with stains. Im out of $1359 the original price i paid. This bag now costs $2000 in the store. I will never do business with them and Id be glad to take part in a suit against them. The bag I sent was in good close to great condition it showed slight wear and tear but it was good. Anyone who knows the *** monogram NM knows the bottom has vachetta leather easily able to stain but my bag had light stain here or there but nothing like the one they returned to me. Im completely disgusted with them. I hope everyone comes here first before dealing with them.

      SCAM website. Purchased an Hermes handbag for over $2,000.00, and attempted to cancel same within 20 minutes through the app. Vendor rejected my cancellation request by email. Then, when I received the bag it was obviously a fake - plastic feeling, no leather smell, bottom was thin like cardboard. I asked Rebag by email to process a return before the delivery was even confirmed and they had CHANGED THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT ON THE WEBSITE FROM RETURNABLE WITHIN 7 DAYS TO FINAL SALE and this is all AFTER PURCHASE. Of course, they then responded that they would not accept the return.I often purchase second-hand from consignment shops, even internationally, and have NEVER had this level of deception; and cloak and dagger service.

      I have been dealing with Rebag for years and currently a VIP memeber. Due to their highly acclaimed authentication process, I didnt question this issue until recently. On March 22, 2023, I purchased ************* 25 in sellier leather (due to the rarity of this combo) and used their trade-in option to trade in my Birkin 30 that I owned. Then, the nightmare happens.The Birkin 25 I purchase arrived and I immediately noticed some significant differences (very noticeable) when compared to my other collections of *******. **The Hermes ***** engraved on the hardware did NOT match my authentic Hermes. In fact, it was so lightly engraved that you cant clearly see them nor feel the letters when running your fingers acrossunlike my other Hermes bags.**Hemes dust bag logo was completely off. I compared this to 2 of my recently purchased Hermes bags (produced around the same year) and the horse logo and other parts of the logo look completely different.**Closing side flapswont close property. Although Sellier (made from ***** leather, which is much more stiff compare to other softer leathers like ****, I currently own other Hermes bags in epsom and NEVER had where I had trouble closing them. You cant even force it to closethe flap part of the bag just sticks out to far to the sides. So I immediately return the bag and was given ONLY the partial refund (the amount that was paid in addition to my trade in value) and now Im stuck with the rest, since Rebag doesnt refund the trade in amount.This is where I began doing extensive research on RebagI discovered there are numerous negative reviews on BBB, purseforum, and Yelp regarding Rebag selling fakes. I absolutely had no idea and reached out to them for my full refundand of course no response. Hopefully, this review will get their attention. Other wise, I need to take legal actions. Here is my order# ********. For months, I am stuck with almost $14k and this is MY money I deserve from selling my bag

      From travels throughout the south pacific, I've learned a lot about counterfeit bags. Was in the process of a purchase and noticed that the description said ****** label upside down. What? Red flag 1) Not authentic. Next red flag directly from a Rebag email: " 2023 REBAG. All rights reserved. *************************************** Rebag is independent from any brand affiliation.       There is no actual contact to the company itself which is extremely concerning as they handle designer goods. My brand new bag was declined because it was Not within our internal guidelines. I was confused as it was brand new and contacted customer support to ask what specifically was wrong with it. After being talked in circles and sent the same message over and over stating the possible reasons but never giving me the specifics for my bag I finally learned that all their support is outsourced and has no access to any information. They are also unable to give any contact to someone who would, but continue to try and talk circles instead of admitting this. Beyond frustrating.

      I ordered a Chanel handbag on March 4, 2023 and I have yet to receive the item. I have sent two emails to which I did not receive a response. I also called customer service twice. Customer service is the worst - I felt like they had no idea where my item is or if it actually shipped. At this point, I just want my money back. I will have to contact my bank to get this resolved. Do not trust this company.
