      This letter alerts the public to unethical and illegal actions by Mobstub, Inc. We, ToBeInStyle from ***********, disclose our adverse experience to warn others.Initially, Mobstub persuaded us to sell our products on their platform. Since November 2023, however, Mobstub ceased communication and failed to make payments, clearly intending to defraud consumers and partners alike.Do not purchase from Mobstub. There is a high risk of financial loss and it is highly unlikely that you will receive your products. Mobstub continues to sell our products without authorization and keeps all profits, with no intention to fulfill orders.We are spreading this message across media and social platforms to expose Mobstubs fraudulent behavior. We strongly advise caution in any dealings with them.Their headquarters, which is listed in **, is permanently closed. Their main phone line only accepts messages, preventing direct communication.Affected individuals should contact local authorities and file a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Protection Agency.Dropshippers considering legal action against Mobstub can seek support from ToBeInStyle by contacting us for necessary information and documentation.Dropshipping requires trust and integrity. Mobstub's disregard for these principles is unacceptable. There are trustworthy platforms available for business; Mobstub is not one of them. Choose ethical and reliable partners instead.

      Mobstub is nonresponsive to replacing a defective item. It has been 9 days since I sent an email with all the requested information. They have failed to respond to the email or 2 follow up emails. I have also called the telephone number listed for Mobstub but it's just a recording directing you to their website before hanging up,

      They sent an inferior plastic purse - not leather as the item stated. Totally different. Asked to return and they sent an email to print out a return label and the label does not print. Will not respond. Very poor customer service. Can't reach them and they don't provide a phone number.

      They have an interesting variety of items for sale, including jewelry, handbags, electronics, backpacks, and clothing for men and women. I've never looked at all the categories, but I've always been happy with what I've ordered from them. Jewelry and small items are shipped in small envelopes so sometimes it's hard to keep track of what one has or hasn't received, so I always print out a receipt when I make a purchase to track everything. Don't think I've ever been disappointed by anything I've bought from them, and the prices are reasonable for the most part.

      I have ordered from Mobstub many times over several years, and have never been disappointed. Everything has been as advertised, arrives timely, and have loved everything! Have never had to return anything. Love their merchandise!
