      On AprOn April 29, 2025, I parked my vehicle at the location operated by the designated parking service. I had prepaid for their services, trusting that they would adequately care for and protect my vehicle during its time there. Unfortunately, while my vehicle was in their custody, the onsite staff mishandled it, resulting in significant damage. I submitted a formal claim to the company, hoping for a prompt resolution. To my dismay, the claims department took over five and a half weeks to respond. When they finally did, their recommendation was less than satisfactory; they advised me to file a claim with my personal insurance to cover the repairs, leaving me frustrated and disappointed with the service I had expected.

      I parked my car at City Parking In *** and they damaged my car- I filed a complaint and they said the claim would be settled for $250 and I never received a check and now I cannot connect to them.

      Hi there,I am a monthly customer at the ********************************************* located at ************************************************************, where I park my ***** (payment slip attached for reference).On Sunday, April 27, I discovered noticeable scratches on my car's bumper. I reported the issue to the on-site manager, *****, and requested to file a formal complaint. ***** initially promised to assist, but instead attempted to polish the bumper. This did not resolve the damage and, frankly, I do not believe it is appropriate to treat my property without proper consent or documentation.Despite multiple follow-ups, ***** has repeatedly delayed filing the complaint. As of today, May 18, I noticed additional scratches on the right door and have not received any confirmation that a complaint has been submitted or any update on next ******** this point, I am formally requesting:Confirmation that my complaint has been logged.A clear explanation of the next steps in the investigation process.Information on how compensation will be handled for the damage to my vehicle.I would appreciate your prompt attention to this *********** regards,****** *********

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by City Parking regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      Garage manager, whose name is *****, didn't upload my claims in their system. Important to mention, that this garage manager can't do it since 9th of May. I reminded him 8 times face-to-face,but he ignores me.

      On May 14, I parked my car in the *********** ****** *** * **** ******* with the entrance located on ************************. I paid for the parking space a day before I parked in the lot using the Park Whiz app. The amount I paid on the park whiz app was $19.08. Upon return to pick up my car the parking attendant screamed and harassed me to pay an addl $17 after I explained that I had already prepaid. He harassed, berated yelled and screamed in my face and held me AGAINST my will in the parking lot for nearly 2 hours. I asked for my car key and he blocked me in using another car and refused to let me out. I called the police twice to inform them that I was being held against my will. Another parking attendant wearing a red hat came over to my car and screamed profanity at me and demanded that I paid an addl $17. The men ganged up on me and tried to intimate me and demean me using their bigger sizes to try to intimidate me. They were yelling in my face and the attendant wearing the red hat threatened me. Furthermore, this parking lot employs undocumented workers and should be investigated for its hiring practices. This is a dangerous place and they should be reported. This incident has traumatized me and this business has charged me additional fees for a service that I already paid for. The attendant in the red hat threatened to charge me for two additional cars that were not mine if I didnt pay the addl fees. This business is unethical and intimidates women and people of color. They need to be shut down completely and thoroughly investigated. I need a full refund for the trauma and damages that *** suffered.

      I parked my car in their DUMBO garage on 05/02/25, and one of the employees had rear ended my car into another while parking. I noticed it the day after and contacted the garage, who notified me to come in on Sunday 05/04/25 to speak to the manager. I went in 05/04/25, and the showed the manager of the video I had from my car showing the employee rear ending my car into another while parking. I sent the video to the employee and the manager contacted me on 05/05/25 for information to complete the claims report. I received the claims ticket with my claim number and that the claims department would reach out in 3-5 days. After not hearing from the claims department, I sent NUMEROUS emails and have attempted to call the claims department at ************ (#4) which is the only contact number online. I left a voicemail as well. I have heard nothing from the claims department, and would like to be contacted with information. It seems as though the claims department is intentionally ghosting to run out the time for any action insurance/claim action to be taken. It should be noted I have multiple videos of the employees checking the car after it being rear ended, and of them rear ending my car.

      March 18th, 2025 I used the city parking garage on **** ***** After a 15+ min delay our car was returned to us with minor damage to the passenger rear. It was 6:30 pm and there was no supervisor so I was told to call tomorrow. Multiple calls later, no answers or returned calls. I have weekly cancer treatments so I knew Id be back for a face to face. They wont talk on the phone and all communications must be via email. Ive tried to contact them via email at least ***** times. Only 2x did I get a response. I followed their instructions and had the supervisor ******* file a report with them. Weeks passed, no response. I reached out AGAIN and they responded they need to contact ****** Another 2 weeks, nothing. I saw ***** again and he showed me that he sent in the report April 14th and his job is done. I have all the emails of our correspondences. I was polite in every transaction but Ive definitely lost my patience at this point. I even explained that unfortunately have to keep using their garages because Im a terminal cancer patient and must go back to the hospital near them. Theres no street parking and long city walks from other garages are not possible. This is just another thing that I have to deal with now.

      I am filing this complaint regarding a serious incident involving vehicle damage and unprofessional behavior by employees at a garage operated by City Parking LLC.While my vehicle was in their care, it sustained damage to the [describe damaged areas: e.g., taillight, trunk, etc.]. The employees on site were not only dismissive but also aggressive and hostile when I tried to report the incident. They refused to let me fill out an incident report, denied contact with a manager, and made inappropriate, demeaning comments about my ********** make matters worse, the company is refusing to take responsibility on the grounds that I did not file the claim before leaving the premises, despite the fact that the attendants rushed my exit and positioned the car in a way that concealed the damage. The delay in their investigation has forced me to schedule necessary repairs on my own, as the damage creates safety issues.Their dismissive customer service and lack of accountability are unacceptable for a company responsible for safeguarding consumers property.Resolution Requested:Full reimbursement for the cost of repairs to my vehicle, a full refund for the parking fee, and settlement money for our wasted trip to ********. A formal written apology for the unprofessional conduct of their ****** review and revision of their on-site reporting policy to ensure fair treatment for consumers, especially those visiting from out of stateI am requesting BBB assistance in helping to resolve this matter, as I have exhausted all reasonable options through City Parking LLC directly.

      I parked my car 2/21/2025 at the garage for a monthly rate of $250. However, I am being charged a daily rate with a current balance of $1,767. Additionally, my car was damaged by the valet which I filed a formal complaint (Complaint #*******). I have not been able to get back in contact with the claims department since November. I've called and sent numerous emails which all have went unanswered. I would like to speak with claims to get the results from the investigation as I was told would take 7-10 days and also pay the monthly rate a agreed to.

      I pre-paid for parking, including the required oversized vehicle fee. When I returned to my car, it was not in a spot, but carelessly left on the ramp. When I presented to receive my vehicle, the attendant told me that I need to send him (personally) an additional $20, perhaps for his tip? No explanation provided. The employee demanding money was ****** ***** with number ************. Id like a refund of $47.54 at the minimum since my car was left on the ramp and not parked in a spot as I paid for.

      City Parking has damaged my car on three occasions and will not respond to my inquiry for support.- Nov 2024 first damage occurred - sent pics to claims - Jan 2025 second damage occurred - garage manager sent pics to claims - Apr 2025 third damage occurred - I sent pic for all of the above to claims No on will even respond or acknowledge my complaint. It is apparent that the damage to my vehicle is the garages fault as it is always the same side, height and paint color scratch on my vehicle. I would like help holding them accountable.
