    I downloaded the Pawp app and couldnt complete the access process. They took $99 from my account. Ive emailed them twice and only get a form letter back saying theyll contact me soon. They have no customer service phone number published and only provide the app for canceling the account, so I cant cancel or get help canceling and need the $99 they took.

    Pawp said they were sending me a check and then it mysteriously didnt show up. They then said they would send another one and they have not done it yet. Run from this company . I plan on taking them to court for all Ive paid in and getting my money back.

    Run from Pawp and run fast! They are terrible to work with. They refused any kind of resolution. They charged my credit card for an annual membership. I notified them that I didn’t authorize this charge and needed to cancel it with a full refund. They cancelled the membership but refused to refund my original form of payment. They said it was their policy to not issue any refunds. Who says that? It needs to be their policy. Where is their customer service? They need to lessons and to train their employees. I would not recommend Pawp to anyone. They don’t even deserve a one star review.

    I signed up for a free trial with ******* used it once then left it since I still had a year to cancel. I cancelled it 3 months before it would charge and it still charged me and even when I try to log in with my user/number it makes me create a new account. I filed a dispute but this company is a mess!

    The emergency fund is a joke it is beyond frustrating a complete lie and waste.I have been a member since 2020. This insurance was easy to use and great to have. Now its just a big scam. In June I was out of town and informed upon my return my dog was ill. I contacted PAWP to find out everything changed including there was no more customer services to talk with a live agent. I had a hard time navigating the App. I spoke to a vet via chat and was told bring her to an in-person vet. The vets do not know how the emergency fund works. I followed everything PAWP told me. I had my dog seen as per directed and was informed to pay upfront. I later found out after paying and submitting all documented paperwork that I was denied the $3000 emergency fund of a $6000 bill. The reason for denial was I did not take her in at first sign of illness even though I was 8 hours away and did not know she was ill. Then I found out you pay first and you might get reimbursed. ALL reimbursements are up to a review that can be denied.

    I LOVE PAWP! I've been a member for three years and have always had a good experience with the vets. Thankfully, I've never had an emergency to report to them, and I'm sorry to see all the complaints here. I think the best part of PAWP's offering is that you don't have to take your pup/kitten to the local vet for an assessment for an astronomical fee! And with the shortage of vets and vet techs here in the ********* Valley, PAWP is a lifesaver. The monthly charge for my two dogs is $19.00 for both! So, I encourage you to look at PAWP to help with your pet's issue.

    After being told by the vet tech that I should take my dog to the emergency vet, I submitted for reimbursement. It was approved, but I still have not received reimbursement per software issues. This was over a month ago. Each time I follow up via chat (no way to speak to a human)there is no updatejust, our engineers are working on it. Still waiting for our $1000+ reimbursement.

    RUN from them - its a frustrating, soul-sucking scam.When this company first started out, they were great. In the past two years however - I dont know if theyve just grown too fast or if they really are just scam artists. But it will be the most frustrating experience of your life.You want to run - not walk away from this company for these reasons.1. Reimbursements take forever or never if youre lucky enough to get one they take a minimum of two weeks.2. You literally cannot ever talk to anyone there is no phone number. And when you contact them through text and email all you get back are automatically generated replies, such as Thank you for reaching out blah blah blah. Its like a vicious cycle and youre just caught in it.3. Even if you carefully read the policy and send in all relevant documents and call them beforehand and follow the rules - they WILL find a reason to deny you. They told us we declined medical care, when in reality, after being at the ** Vet ALL night (7 hours) and getting NO Treatment other than tests and fluids, we had the ** vet send the test results to our daytime vet. Since it was 8AM at that point. - $5,000 in and they had the AUDACITY to say we denied medical treatment?!?!? (** Vet was $2300 - never got a ***** from PAWP).4. You cannot appeal.5. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. This company should not be allowed to market in our State - my next thing on the to-do list.Dont waste your money.

    New customer who just needed tick medicine. It was denied and though you are supposed to be sent a reason, I was just unceremoniously refunded. This is where I started to try to contact them. Ultimately, I just need tick medicine for my dog. Found out quickly that it is impossible to contact anyone by phone. If you do find a phone number, there is automated voice message that says that they sent you a text to talk online.They supposedly have 3 departments - customer service, medical team and pharmacy.Customer Service doesn't have access to why tick medicine would be denied. The said they would try to find out. It's been a week and they are no longer responded. Remember, this is the only way to communicate with them.Medical Team doesn't have access either. Isn't that crazy? The medical team. And pharmacy? Still trying to figure out how to contact them.I wish I read these reviews before becoming a customer. Everyone is right....it is a SCAM.Or at the very least, a horribly mismanaged company who doesn't not want to offer true customer support. I mean, what says "we don't want to talk to you" more than no having a phone method of contact?
