I am having an issue with your services and company. I am trying to get resolved why when I log in I keep being sent to a page that tells me to add my dog and then pick a plan. I have been with PAWP for several months now and payment comes out the 20th of each month. Rather than being helpful, you have a smart *********************** who continues to not only not be helpful but rude and I quote " if you are signing in under the email address you CLAIM to be signing in under you should have no problem." Why a company like yours has no number where one can call and get help is beyond me. The fact personnel feel so free to be rude like that is another big problem to where I am considering shopping around for another company hopefully with better customer service and a number you can actually speak with someone.

Fatal, false reassurance The last picture of my dog alive was sent to them. And they still thought the dog was relatively fine, despite a large stomach bloat.I was going to take my dog to the pet ER, but the vet tech gave me false reassurance my dog would probably be okay. As a result, my dog died at home. They will gaslight you until your dog is dying right in front of you. Each licensed vet tech needs to be reported to their state's vet board for providing false reassurance and false information that your dog's condition is not an emergency.

Dear Member, We'd love for you to reach out to discuss your side of the situation. Looking at the conversation transcripts as I respond to this message, I very clearly see where care was recommended rather than discouraged. But I would be interested to hear where in those conversations you feel you were dissuaded from seeking care. Feel free to reach out to our Support Team at any time!

From reading the replies from PAWP they have an answer be it truth or not. I talked to their vet who told me she implemented the emergency fund. This was late in the afternoon and we went to the vet who was full but fit us in the next morning. Now PAWP won't pay the vet bill. After their vet told us to go. They are saying it is outside the 8 hr limit. I guess every animal that gets sick in the evening when they can not be seen are not covered. So we are out $800. I think this should be filed under a scam. This is only an emergency plan if the time is convenient for PAWP.

We're sorry to hear about the situation experienced by this member. The 8-hour admittance requirement is spelled out clearly in our ******************* and cannot be extended.

Stay away from this pet insurance! It's completely worthless and they will use every excuse to deny your claim. If I could give it negative stars I would.

PAWP indicated at the start that no out of pocket money, all vet bills would be paid by the end of visit to the vet. No No No, I was expected to pay then get reimbursed . They are not honest, they write it in a way to make you think its all fine and dandy when you sign up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. MY dog IS injured and I was expecting to have pawd cover the emergency. NO NO< Dog suffers because of their lies.
